Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of North Castle

So I go to Dunkin’ Donuts most 365 days a year, but this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The customer service was awful, they were out of what I wanted, and what I did get was prepared incorrectly and tasted disgusting. Let’s start with the ordering process, or should I say trying to explain that I just want a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso in it. The employee kept saying something that I didn’t understand, come to find he was trying to tell me that they were all out of regular hot chocolate. I didn’t think that it would be so difficult for them to ring me up such a simple drink but I had to explain what I wanted two or three times. Once I was finally able to get an order in, it then took them 10 minutes to make my drink. Let me mention that the store was not busy. I asked them to put a little bit of whip cream in my drink and the lady shot me over a dirty look, and I didn’t get whipped cream. Now I don’t want to sound ridiculous, but like I said before I have visited many Dunkin’ Donuts in my days. This one was just a two star Dunkin’ Donuts experience in my opinion. If there is another Dunkin Donuts in the area I would go there instead because you probably have a better experience and a better tasting drink. HORRIBLE 😞 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….. I ordered an ice caramel macchiato from the app like I usually do. For some reason the drink didn’t come out properly. I asked one of the ladies that normally makes my drink if she can make it and the manager came over and told her not to make it in Spanish. The gentleman started talking about me in Spanish to the other lady and the manager and I full understand Spanish. So now after 3 people touch my cup the manager is asking me if I want an extra shot of espresso; I declined. I told the manager I’m not going to argue with you; I stated you can either have the other lady make me or new one or give me a full refund. The manager throws my drink out and walked away. I waited 10 additional minutes and I then walked to the register, and asked for a refund. The manager eventually gave me a refund of $7 ( my drink cost $6.38.) It took a total of 31 mins before I received a refund at the store. I don’t recommend any one to go this location. No one deserves...

This particular Dunkin is pretty good as far as Dunkins go. That woman is seeing the picture of Sonia. She’s a sweetheart and has been there for a long time.Asim is a Bangladeshi young man who’s really nice and always gets the order right. My rating about the food is not based on this particular location, but Dunkin food in general. Definitely not on the top of the food chain! I like to do the Mobile orders which are usually ready when I come pick it up. But the high traffic times between 730 and nine can make you wait a little extra. I go for the hot decaf macchiato and coffee roll. They have these new almond croissants, which are nice. But it’s fast food, so you know what that’s like. In terms of the prices well it’s just as much as if not a little more expensive than Starbucks, which is surprising to me.
