I’ve been A patron ofthe bagel emporium in Armonk most mornings for years. Lately my order is wrong a little too often. I do not buy prepared food. I’m only buying bagels and muffins To bring home, once in a while, a small container of cream cheese. Today I ordered five bagels and I came home with five flagels. If I’m not mistaken, they are more expensive and these are incredibly tough and firm, possibly stale. Certainly not freshly baked. I thought of bringing them back, but the last time I brought back Incorrect muffins, the server told me that I was wrong and he was right; I had ordered a coffee cake muffin and a blueberry muffin and I came home with a poppyseed muffin. I have never ordered a poppyseed muffin at the bagelEmporium before so I’m sure I did not miss speak. But it Did discourage me from returning the flagels. Read moreSept 3rd 2019 —Reopened! I haven’t been yet but my fingers are crossed it’s restored to greatness April 4th 2019--Bagel Emporium is closed and boarded up after a fire last weekend. Really like the bagels, especially "super onion" (which would be more accurately described as "egg everything").
Pass on the coffee, cream cheeses, deli, and other baked goods which aren't as good as the bagels nor other options on the block.
Don't like how the place always stinks of egg/cheese sandwiches, made from a questionable-looking flattop behind the cash registers. But the bagels are so good to overcome...

2 buttered and toasted cinnamon raisin bagels will set you back $4.
They also make an english muffin cinnamon-raisin bagel that I enjoy, not toasted, with cream cheese. I feel that toasting it kills the english muffin texture of the bagel.
Staff is friendly and service is prompt. It needs to be as the line can sometimes be out the door in the mornings.
