Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

There are so many Dunkins out there please avoid this one. The workers here are lazy and rude. I have been drinking iced lattes for years. I recently went in here and was given basically a cup of milk. When I tried to say something about it I was hit with " sir, this is a latte if you want it darker pay for an extra shot." I have been getting the same drink for years. I think I should know what it looks like. On the same trip the ladies that work the counter decided to sit back and chat while I waited for my sandwich. After 10 minutes! one of them made eye contact and came over to ask what I was waiting for. I have given this dunkin numerous chances since it is the closest one to my house. After this final experience I can say I will never set for there again. I advise others who enjoy their breakfast to steer clear. I will be going back to the farther Dunkin on...

I stop in here from time to time to grab one of those caramel espresso drinks that I probably shouldn't be drinking lol But once in a while when work is tough- you need a boost!

I love the fact that they are 24 hours. That's extremely helpful for someone who works the night shift. The staff is always friendly and prompt with the orders. I also end up getting breakfast sandwiches here sometimes which are always tasty. Oh also- I've gotten many icecream cakes from here which are always good too!

Another good thing about this location- they have a parking lot out front. It's not very large but people are constantly coming in and out of it so you get a spot fast. It's very helpful since it's located on busy northern Blvd.

You can't go wrong with this location if you want to stop and get some coffee or have breakfast. There's also plenty of seating...

I feel extremely bad for the employees who work here. The manager who is an older woman who always has an attitude, is TERRIBLE to them. When you are training new people you're supposed to help them not cause a scene and scream at them. She is just awful. Shes also not the best to her customers. She doesnt pay attention to your order and im almost positive she is racist since everytime I go in there she has always given me an attitude.
