am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location. This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I was accompanied by my niece, who has special needs. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply upsetting. My niece placed her order and politely asked for a receipt. The employee behind the counter did not acknowledge her request, nor did she show any sign of courtesy or professionalism. It appeared she did not realize I was with my niece, and her behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. Only after it became clear that I was accompanying my niece did another employee—who was very kind and professional—acknowledge us. Sadly, the original employee continued to ignore my own request for a receipt and chose instead to use her phone while we waited. When I asked for a straw, she responded in another language and laughed, which felt intentionally disrespectful and inappropriate. This experience left me feeling disheartened, especially given the vibrant and diverse neighborhood I grew up in. It’s unfortunate to see such poor customer service and a lack of basic decency in a community I care about. While I generally prefer to address concerns directly, the nature of this interaction has led me to consider filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. At the very least, I hope this feedback will prompt management to review staff conduct and ensure all customers especially those with disabilities and races are treated with dignity and respect. Read moreRude manager. My party ordered 3 SANDWICHES, my kids were standing there waited for 15 MINUTES. Apparently our food was ready but wasn’t set on the shelf, so we asked if our food is ready. That lady asked what we ordered, so the kids started listing the food that we ordered slowly, then that lady claimed to be the manager yelled at my kids said “Don’t even know your own order, okay”. excuse me? They are just kids!!! Before that happened, my friend also asked for keys to the bathroom to that manager. The manager started looking behind my friend and speaking to another customer, completing ignoring my friend on purpose. I’m confused why she was even yelling at my kids. Even before she gave us our order, she gave us a nasty glare. When we were on our way out the door, she yelled, “Don’t come back!”and that, we already know. Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was terrible. A lady with eyeglasses, who claimed to be the manager, was vulgar and unprofessional. She started screaming and yelling at my kids for no apparent reason, which was entirely uncalled for. When I approached her to address the situation calmly, she dismissed my concerns and continued her unprofessional behavior. This is not how customers should be treated, and it left my family and me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. I hope the management takes serious steps to address this issue and ensures that their staff is trained to handle situations more appropriately and respectfully in the future.
