First timer but veteran to KFC and Korean food in general. The staff was very nice and great location with easy parking. The food was subpar. Chicken wings were not crispy and had fatty skin. Typically KFC has an amazing crunch (they are double fried usually) with little to no fat on the skin. The fries tasted great but were cold probably because we waited 40 mins for our food. Absolutely amazing food and service!! I had the stir fried spicy chicken box lunch and it came with so much food and is super delicous😋. The bubble tea is also very good, 50% sugar for me is the perfect amount of sweetness. And the owner is so sweet and kind!! She's so helpful when I firsted entered the restaurant she intructed me on how to use the kiosk to order. 10/10 Definitely coming...

So, we called to place a take order. We were told the food would be ready in 25 minutes. The person who took the order called back, apologized and said the kitchen was busy so it won’t be ready until 45 minutes.
