So I order from this place on a regular basis. Normally large orders. The food was tasty but they always either forgot something or made whatever they could remember off of the top of their head. But anyway I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered on my own. One simple order. I clearly ordered a seafood wrap because I am a pescatarian. I don’t eat chicken or red meat. Just fish. So my order takes a while to get here which is understandable cause I don’t live close. So when my food got to my house they gave me a chicken wrap instead of a seafood wrap. I called the manager on the phone and explained to him what happened. He insisted I ordered the chicken wrap. Little does he know I know the menu backwards and front. I would never as a pescatarian order a chicken wrap. So he apologized and got quiet on the phone. That ticked me off because it didn’t sound like he had intentions on sending me another wrap then when I requested he was like “oh ok...yeah we’ll send you another wrap.” $20 for a damn wrap you better send me another one! Then the driver gets to my house with the most disgusting attitude like I did something wrong! The mess up was on the establishment not me! So I think I’m not going to order from this place...
Read moreI don't know what happened to this place. I once wrote a 5 star review for this restaurant mentioning how excellent Marlon was when it first opened. On 1/17 I placed my order at 6:24 arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 payed the young lady then was directed to wait and was told my food would arrive any minute. 25 minutes later I received my food. Traditionally this would not have been a big deal, things happen. But people were coming off of the street ordering while I was there and receiving there food. All while I continued to wait. I also noticed there were bags waiting on the area I payed where orders had been placed at 6:36 6:39 6:42 from what I read on the receipt that was printed on the bag. 2 gyros apparently take 91 minutes at this place, haha. Read moreI can understand and longer than average delivery time on a Saturday night. I understand that sometimes the wrong order delivered. What baffles me is how poor the customer service is when trying to respectfully correct the order. I called to say that the $70 order was completely wrong and asked if they could send us the right food. They could not manage to write the correct order down and I had to repeat myself half a dozen times for each item that was wrong. I hate being that guy who writes negative reviews, especially when the food is good! Ownership should address this issue and perhaps assign more seasoned staff to resolve customer issues....
