Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Only if I could give minus stars.. it seems they are doing us a favour by delivering pizza.. they are scammers also I think.. below I have narrated why.

I called them to place an order for the pizza, I wanted to check first if they could deliver. took for ever to explain the address to the gentlemen. But finally after after he confirmed they can deliver, I tried placing the order.. I ordered one large pizza.. the guy added some cheese sticks with it by him self and in the end tells me how would you like to pay.. I tell him “can you please tell me the total”. The guy responds something around 43 dollars.. I was amazed and asked what did he add in the order. I told him “ I ordered only one pizza”. The guy on the phone said “ he added some cheese sticks also which he will take out. The new total comes to 35 and change”.Now online on papa John’s the pizza was showed 18 dollar and change. With delivery and taxes it was showed around 24 and change. So I just asked the guy politely “ sir online it shows 24 and change with delivery how come you are asking for 35 and change. Can you please tell me how you got 35 dollars and change”. The guy at papa John’s rudely tell me “ order online and don’t call again”. He hungs up right after saying this.. I was not going to pay 35 and change for one pizza of 18.49 unless there was a explanation.that’s why I think he was trying To scam me by charging me more money and didn’t want to give any explanation. I was fine if he could just tell me how he came upto the number but he didn’t have to be rude And hang up.

I THINK they have super good business already and they don’t need any new business coming in. Better to leave them alone and never...

This Papa John's location is a complete disappointment and should be avoided at all costs. The hygiene practices are shocking, pizza workers handle cash with bare hands and then return to preparing food without washing or wearing gloves. This is completely unacceptable.

The quality of the products is equally appalling. For example, the Papadia Cheese Steak is a joke, it contains no steak, just a couple of tiny pepper slices, a bit of cheese, and is overall incredibly bland. Other Papa John’s locations manage to prepare this item properly, but this one cheats its customers with subpar ingredients and portions.

If you plan on using coupons here, think twice. This location seems to “punish” customers by skimping on ingredients or delivering subpar items whenever a discount is applied. It’s a disgrace to the brand.

Between the unhygienic practices and the blatant customer disrespect, this place is not worth your time or money. It's unsafe...

Just ordered Garlic Bread sticks from here. Received my order and the marinera sauce was spoiled ( you can see the white mold in the photo) like actually spoiled with mold in it and it smelled like sour rotten tomatoes. The bread sticks had no seasoning on them and the butter was liquidy and sour!!! When I called to complain, the lady said it's hot so the sauce could be spoiled and she said she doesn't have time to hear complaints bc she has other orders. She said at least the bread sticks was warm..... Like WHAT I'm shocked. She said to call next day and complain to manager Parvez bc she barely works here and doesn't know much Abt anything...why are you working there?! Who hired you?! I can't even begin to describe how...
