Probably one of the worst experience in customer service I ever had. The young child had an attitude when I was deciding on what I wanted and when I finally picked the mixed berries flavor, I noticed she only blended it for literally 20 seconds. It came back grainy where I tasted mainly seed residue to the point where it was scratching my throat. I went over to the counter and asked her if she can blend it more and she asked me why, and I told her because it was grainy and it wasnāt blended properly. She then caught more attitude, rolling her eyes and told me thatās how they make their smoothies, which I know thatās a lie. I told her if this is how you made your smoothies then I want my money back. She finally said she will blend it more, and as I was proceeding to hand her my drink, she snatches it from me and went to the back. And I told her why are you snatching it as if Iām in the wrong and she proceeded to ignore me and Blended my drink. When I got it back, she transformed it into a juice By adding more apple juice, which I did not request. The drink was disgusting and I will never go there to get another smoothie. There are way better smoothie spots to choose from Long Island. I just stopped there Because I was passing by....

Now, if it was just the pure açaà puree then I would not be extremely upset with what I have been putting in my body for so long. You are fully aware that the açaà puree contains guarana, evaporated cane juice and citric acid in it. I have been feeding this caffeine loaded açaà to my baby niece also and therefore, I hope you invoke your heart in the answer you provide.
Please explain how you are going to remedy this situation immediately. I do not want my local Solbol to close down, I just want Solbol to truly use what is being advertised so that people in my neighborhood would at least have somewhere to go for real food. I frequently purchase SolBol at least twice a week in multiple locations and the only thing I have to do is either scan my Barcode or give my phone number. When I told her it was not necessary to have my name to place my order, she refused to take my order. I asked for a manager who obviously was not there, and I asked for her name, and she responded that if I didn't have to give my name, she did not have to give me her name. What kind of customer service e is this???!!! What a way to treat the people that are keeping your business open!! I refuse to go to that location ever again, unless that person is removed!!
