I went through the drive thru on 12/3/15 at 8:25 pm after a long night of Christmas shopping. I ordered a simple meal with drink and paid for it on a debit card at the first window. The girl at the 1st window was extremely flustered with orders coming in and trying to run the cash register at the same time. Went to the second window and when I questioned the order, she said that the girl in the 1st window charged me for the order in the car in back of me which was a much larger order. I gave her my card back and she returned with a "refund" receipt and then charged my card for my actual order. Yes! I was inconvenienced but I seeing that it was the holiday season and all I decided to give them all a break. Here it is 4 days later and I see the 2 charges on my on-line banking statement but NO refund. I called and spoke to the Manager and she said that there was nothing that they could do and that I should call my bank. I called M&T and they checked for any outstanding or in-coming credits to my account and there was none. Their suggestion was to go back to McDonalds and tell them this. So, McDonaldâs tells me to go to my bank and the bank tells me to go back to McDonalds. I shouldnât have given the flustered worker a âbreakâ and the Manager at McDonaldâs should be dealing with this since it was their mistake...

Zoey apparently trains people and told my brother âyour not 5 years old anymore you can ask for the scissorsâ saying he needs to ask to use scissors. Then the manager told him to do something and Zoey says âyou not supposed to wheel it back hereâ My brother says âthe manager told me toâ and Zoey said âyour not supposed toâ btw Zoey is not a manager. I went in the store and talked to Brooke. She seemed nice and professional said she would handle it. I called today calmly asking what was going on, i spoke to a nice lady and Brooke told her to hang up and we are âdone with this conversationâ My brother called and Brooke answer and argued with him when he was complaining about Zoey. We are all talking calm trying to figure out the situation and Brooke ends on us. Completely rude and whoever takes orders apparently canât do two separate orders when i have worked at 2 different mcdonald locations and it was never anything like this one.    Read moreI don't normally rate McDonald's as it is McDonald's. There's going to be an array of experiences. We stopped here as a family after a recent lacrosse game. We were tired of being outside and wanted to use the curbside pickup app. We waited over 10 minutes for our food. Fine. It was 8pm and we placed an order for 3 meals. The restaurant was NOT busy. There was some in and out but not overwhelming. Chalking it up to staffing we waited and didn't say anything. We get our food. I wish I took a pic. 2 of the 3 cheeseburgers had cheese. It was already a long day so I took the burger without cheese. Then comes dividing up the fries. 2 of the 3 fries were fine. The 3rd fry was literally placed in the bag upside down and spilled all over the bag. Not an 'ooops' it tipped over, but literally facing upside down like it was purposefully placed in the bag this way. Highly do NOT reccomend this Nichols St restaurant.
