Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Ontario

They don't ware name tags and this young black woman kept trying to tell me how to say her name properly for a month I still couldn't remmber how to say her name so I asked her to just spell her first name she acted like she was gonna get a pen and paper to spell her name instead hid in the back and over heard her saying she was hiding In the back from I told one of the employees she doesn't have to hide I just wanted to say her name right the employee I spoke to told me to stop harassing there employees when I don't understand how trying to say someone's name properly is harassing an entire staff? The entire staff broke down and lied about me harassing every employee? By trying to figure out how to say one persons name properly? The staff were very rude dramatic and supported lieng as a group? This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I went there 4 times in the past month... 3 of those times the coolata machine was broken. That's the equivalent of going to McDonald's and having the friers being broken. I once ordered something, paid for it, and they gave me the wrong thing. I told them I didn't order this and they said that they couldn't make what I wanted so they gave that to me instead. I said I didn't want it... AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME!!!!! I was pretty disappointed the last time I went. My girlfriend being a diabetic wanted her morning coffee and needed splenda. They were out which is crazy because how can a coffee shop not have a constant order of the few key ingredients to make people's coffee. Sadly it also took them two tried to make the coffees as well.
