Wonderful dinner at AJ’s Kitchen with family and friends tonight. The food was fresh and very tasty. I had the spinach salad with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing and the Empanadas special for the day. Really good homemade salad dressings by the way! Street parking only in Pearl River can be a challenge. Menu consists of apps, sandwiches, salads, and pastas, using local ingredients. Not a ton of tables but there is a bar. Phenomenal beer list focusing on local breweries. The sandwich definitely tasted fresh. They give you homemade potato chips with the sandwiches. Prices are fair. Wonderful lunch and dinner spot! The store and tables were pristine, it had a fun aesthetic, but most importantly the food was delicious. I had the "Cricken Chicken Sandwich" and it was amazing and the homemade potato chips were addictive.
