An absolutely PEAR of an antique store in Pear River. Went on October 3, 2024. The owner was also such a wonderful human being, with the kindest smile, welcoming atmosphere and disposition. His store is packed full to the brim with treasures one could tell he genuinely loves. His passion for antiques and old things is evident. From artwork, pottery, toys, books, sculptures, kitchenware, silver, to military items and more, this antique store will surely have a lovely treasure for everyone to enjoy. Such a great antique shop - so much stuff to look through, you could walk the store multiple times and keep finding something new in places you've already looked. Huge variety of antiques at reasonable prices and an amazing military room in the back. Space is tight so don't bring kids, large bags or anything else that will bump items while walking through narrow isles. The owner, Marshall, is funny, personable, knowledgeable and fair. What a lovely shop! We are collectors and do quite a bit of antiquing and vintage shopping. Finding this little gem was fabulous! We found some unusual treasures, hand hammered teapot, unusual militaria, vintage whatnots! It is a small shop but absolutely jam packed with a wide variety of unusual and diverse items. The owner is a lovely man and I so appreciated speaking with him. Prices are good. Highly recommend this little fun...
