I love me some KFC and even though I've written a review for a different location, I would like to share my experience with Mr. Vernon, who's the manager at this location. So, Mr. Vernon is my favorite reason for visiting this location. I love watching him interact with his employees and customer. He does it all so effortlessly and is very interactive with his customers. He is not one of those bosses who sit at the desk all day. Often time when you visit you'll catch him out on the floor busy working. He overall seem like a great guy who enjoy what he does for a living. He runs a clean store, and trains his staff very well. I've had the pleasure of meeting his staff, (I believe) Randy, Latisha and a couple others who names I can't recall. I love this KFC, and even though I've moved, I still make it my business to visit when I'm on that side of town. Read moreKFC seems to go down hill every few months I try it, this probably will be my last go there as their core food of fried chicken doesn't even taste good anymore. The price is higher than the competition for fast food fried chicken yet the quality of the food has gotten worse. The original chicken tasted like it's been sitting there all day and was dry. The sides were decent but I went there for the chicken.
Update 4/30/24: I saw their commercial for for 8 pieces (dark meat) chicken for $10 and gave them another try. Still terrible, chicken had all it skin practically ripped off and looked like a total mess. Read moreIf you had to suffere any length of time with this absolutely horrible KFC , then go ahead and call KFC . Explain exactly what happened- be honest about it and they'll send you a free $5 coupon to use at any KFC. I just got one. Also, the lady that's usually causing all the issues - her name is "Leticia" or Leti for short . But make sure you let them know who's giving you grievances because she is absolutely taking this whole location into the ground just on her own. If you don't do anything - nothing will change. But if you call them and let them know , atleast you'll get a FREE $5 coupon or eventually they'll fire this lady and we can finally have a good customer service experience at this location....
