Their pizza is great! In fact, it was my new go to spot for pizza. I never write reviews, I usually just move on when I'm not happy with a business and their service but in 2024 I will not be doing that. So here's my review. I Recently tried a dinner that was horrible. I left a detailed message on their machine explaining the issue with my order, requesting a call back and refund. No response. I called back the next day, the young lady that answered the phone told me they were too busy and they didn't have time to handle my issue. I explained that I left a message the night before requesting a call back and refund, could she please have someone call me back so a refund could be credited to my card. She took my number and said she would have him call. He never did. All that being said, if the manager/owner would have taken my complaint seriously, and gave me the common curtesy of a call back, I would still get my pizza from Village Pizza. This is...

I had a very disappointing experience at Village Pizza during a local street fair. My friend and I simply asked the woman behind the counter if we could use the restroom. While doing so, a man who turned out to be the owner made an unnecessary and disrespectful comment: "Women nowadays have no respect. They must not know I'm the owner."

When I calmly asked what was rude about our request, he became abrasive and confrontational. He continued to escalate the situation and arguing with me—a young woman— in front of customers over what he perceived as a lack of recognition.
