Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Ossining

Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes...

It's amazing some of these reviews, for example "James Burt Jr." 2 years ago posting that "they don't speak English, they're ineffective, and tried to charge him for something that he didn't order."

Well I've been going to this location for the past 5 years, and never once was I charged for something I didn't order and the people who work at this location DO in fact speak English, better than most because they are simply kind and SOFT spoken.

The people who work here are up hours before you are making YOUR COFFEE. For Christs' sake show a little more respect and dignity to...

3/1/25 Stopped by and thought to use my points to grab some donuts for once... since points kept piling up... what did I get. Donuts that looked like it was yesterdays... and tasted like that as well. If it's mid day can't imagine why the donut look like it's been kicked around (smushed) and not soft like a donut from the same day... Greatly disappointed...
