Nicole with dyed blue hair has the worst customer service skills Iâve ever seen. I was waiting for my drinks to be ready and the baristas kept putting drinks on the counter and inconsistently calling out names. I knew what my drink look like so I was looking out for that. A person behind me in line then got their drinks before me so I went to ask Nicole if she knew about them. I simply went up to her and said âhi I ordered two brown sugar shaken espresso-â nicole then cuts me off and says âthere over thereâ. So I went to the counter with all the drinks and tried to look for my name on my drinks and could not find it. Then Nicole came back and said they are right there (pointing at nothing specific) with an attitude. So I continue to look and a few moments later she picks up two drinks and slams them in front of me startling me and says âright here!â I was so confused on why she was giving a 16 year old girl such an attitude when I was nothing but respectful to her. The name on the drinks were completely wrong and the drink looked like a cup of milk with ice (and tasted like it too) so that is why I couldnât find them.    Read moresooooo ran to @Starbucks before I got to work to grab a coffee so I can wake up and study at work and home. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocah with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink the server asked if I would like whipped cream, and I answered yes. I was handed my drink and I walked to my car to get to work. While walking I noticed the drink seemed a little light but I didnât have time to turn back and inspect the drink because I was running Late. I got to work placed the drink at my station so it could cool off. I took one sip to make sure the temperature was correct. And I noticed the drink still felt light. I opened the lid only to see that I had half of a drink in my cup. Now I didnât drink more than the sip so I know I was only served a half a cup of coffee. so this location served me a half-a-cup of coffee with a half-a-cup of whipped cream. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. I used my Starbucks points, which I would like back on top of a new cup of coffee. How can...

Reminds me of a drive-thru without the car. We walked in and walked out without buying a thing. What Is Starbucks thinking by not allowing their customers the luxury of sitting down and enjoying their cup of coffee. Does Starbucks expect their customers to sit in their cars or stand around drinking their high priced coffee?
