Kalash Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Owego

It was our first time dining at Kalash Kitchen on River Row Front Street in Owego. The entire experience was enjoyable. The lamb platter was perfectly seasoned, the lamb was tender, the taziki and the cilantro sauced added an additional depth flavor to the lamb platter and the spicy sauce was a delightful touch of spicy heat on the chicken platter. The fish wrap had a light batter which did not absorb the oil it was fried. It was a light and didn't disguise the flavor of the fish. The service was prompt, food was a welcome burst flavors and being able to dine out on the deck overlooking the river added to the ambiance of the dining experience. Kalash Kitchen is a fantastic value with dinners for 4 adults with a beverage and including a tip was just $50. We will definately be going back to Kalash Kitchen and letting our friends know where to go for a wonderful meal that won't break the bank. Kalash Kitchen on River Row...

I recently dined at this incredible Greek restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including steak, chicken, falafel, and lamb. Every bite was delicious, but the lamb was especially outstanding—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The tzatziki sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly complementing each dish.

What truly set this place apart was the exceptional customer service. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly friendly and full of energy, ensuring we had everything we needed. His enthusiasm added a wonderful touch to our meal.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing Greek food and a delightful dining experience. Five stars...

Well, I can’t really truly rate their food. My husband and I got there for a late lunch. It was rather dark in the place when we walked in, the workers were all sitting on a table in the corner. The cook/chef got up and put his jacket on, one guy went behind the counter. We were not sure we should even stay but made an attempt to order. The first two things we ordered they did not have and were not going to have any in until the next day. There really wasn’t a lot else we really wanted so we apologized but decided to go elsewhere. I realize it was almost 2:30 and they may just have not had a lot going on, but it was like the place wasn’t even ready for customers. We will try again at some point, as we know they have other restaurants and they seem to have...
