Sunday night around 8pm I went to Taco Bell to fulfill my pregnancy cravings. I went through the drive thru and got my order. I didn’t realize it at the time but my card was missing. The person handling my payment never gave my card back to me. I called Tuesday after noticing my card was missing and confirmed my card was at the store. The next thing I did was check my bank app and noticed another charge was made on my card that same night. It must have been an employee ordering food on my card. That’s the only thing that makes sense because if I would’ve came back around the drive thru to order food, I would’ve noticed my card was missing. I spoke to a district manager who assured me I could get a refund and my card back but that’s not the point. I could easily call my bank, dispute the charge and get a new card but who’s to say that employee didn’t take down my card information to continue using it fraudulently. FYI using someone else’s card without their knowledge is a crime!!! So thank you Taco Bell for hiring children that think it’s funny to use someone’s card. This wouldn’t be the first time a fast food chain had employees stealing customers...
Read moreI usually do not post reviews about chain restaurants because, after all, they are all supposed to offer consistent quality across a standardized menu. However, this Taco bell was terrible. I went between breakfast and lunch. There was no one at the counter so i had to order form the self service kiosk. There were no customers in the store, yet it took them over 10 minutes to get the order completed. I watched them as they made the food and they just slapped the tortillas ontop of a dirty table top during the prep, then when they take it off the hot plate, they put it back on the table top while they got the paper ready for the wrap.
The soda machine was out of syrup and only one of the offerings worked. no one was workign the counter and the people making the food don't speak English. I tried to call their attention to it but it took another 10 minutes for someone to come out and say the machine was out of...
Read moreTacos were not made with love, had very little lettuce and tomatoes in them. I noticed they kept missing parts of people's orders, including ours. Temperature was really cold inside for a 70 degree, late afternoon. My daughter enjoyed her tacos but I was on the fence. Was grateful to be eating honestly, don't normally eat fast food so was a little disappointed. Taco Bell used to be my favorite! In my experience the night crew makes the food MUCH BETTER.. Maybe they care a little more. I always see the male manager (wish I knew his name) (he's been there for many years!) Works super duper hard. He has the face of a real boss. He is friendly and professional. He does a good job at checking the orders beforehand so you're not missing something when you get home to the...
