Cafe Bubbly — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

When I bought the first cup of bubble tea today, although it is not very delicious, but I think it is okay to encourage the newly opened store, so when I happened to meet two friends, I also ordered two cups of bubble tea for them, if they like it, they can take care of the new business in the future. Really very disappointed, the milk tea is not full, and the height of the cup is empty beyond one and half inch. I asked curiously, and the daughter replied, "Oh, that's where to add the ice and you don’t want the ice. “ WHAT! That’s why it looks like so empty!? I've been drinking various well-known brands for almost 20 years, and the first time I encountered bubble tea with ice removed was that I couldn't fill my cup! That's ridiculous! The first cup made by the mother was normal, and 10 minutes later the same bubble tea was made by the daughter! The taste is ordinary, I can still accept it, and when treated with this kind of service attitude, I will not buy it again. Even if Coco milk tea or kung fu tea is better than what they do, and the service is better than theirs, why should I choose you like this? Definitely not gonna...

Before going to Cafe bubbly I had never had any type of boba drink ever!!!! After I asked the kind woman to help me pick out a drink bc I wasn't familiar, I tried a few different flavors then found my Fav! Just recently they made my son a drink & that was it & they made it into slushy form, he's definitely not asking for them from anywhere else but BUBBLY CAFE! We love Bubbly Soooooo much, we've never left disappointed unless they were closed lol my niece is also a customer & it's our thing. You'll never know how AMAZING this place is until you try it!!!! The flavors, add ins etc. plus the service is top tier, very genuinely nice, actually have personalities, their kind, always smiling & requesting things that you'd never know or what they may think would go good with the type of drink you have. Last but not least, I feel like Everything is made with love @ BUBBLY CAFE! I would 100% recommend it for any & everyone bc there are so many different choices, there's something for everyone. You will all be leaving Happy for sure.... 👍🥰😋Don't forget about the pastries as well....🤤...

I had a really disappointing experience at Cafe Bubbly. The service was rushed and borderline rude, even though the place wasn’t busy. When we placed our order, we clearly asked for oat milk. The woman behind the counter acted like she didn’t hear us, and when we came back to double-check, she claimed we never said it—completely dismissive and unprofessional.

On top of that, the bubble tea itself was terrible. It was flavorless, watered-down, and clearly made with cheap syrup—not real fruit. When I asked about the fruit, the staff just said, “We use a syrup,” with zero care or explanation. It’s honestly one of the worst bubble tea experiences I’ve had.
