I work nights and this BK advertises to be 24 hours so I was really excited to leave work and get some dinner. I placed a mobile order and headed over. When I got there, there was a car ahead of me that was at the window so I knew they were open. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, including adding a couple of hellos in case they didn't know I was there and I was completely ignored. I pulled up to the window and all of the lights were on, and there was a backpack out so obviously someone was in there and just ignoring me. I waited another 5 minutes and then just left. If you don't want to do your job, then quit. You don't deserve to get paid to hide and do absolutely nothing. My coworkers come here as well and I'm telling them to avoid this place at all costs. I'm so glad I wasted my time and money on a place that literally says out front they're 24 hours and then completely ignores people coming to get food after work. Congratulations on losing business from me and my friends/coworkers. Stop saying you're 24 hours if you're clearly not taking orders.
Edit: I just drove by 10 minutes later after getting food at a place that actually served me, and someone is standing at the front so way to make it more obvious you chose...
Read moreI found out that 3 chicken nuggets orders are missing when my kids opened the bags. So I went back to the Burger King and told them the missing items. Instead of apologizing the manager (I think her name is Dorean) asked me why I came so late. I think she looked at the time on my receipt. I told her i came a little later time because I had to talk to my client on the phone in the car. The manager didn’t believe me and treated me like I was a liar. I said forget it I will pay for the chicken nuggets and she Immediately said “ok yes go a head and pay”. I couldn’t argue with her anymore so I paid and I went back to my house and took my three children to the restaurant and I told her to ask my kids if there was chicken nuggets in the bag. She still didn’t apologize to me and said that she never treated me that way. It was a disgusting feeling that I have never experienced before. They were the one that made a mistake on my orders and instead of apologizing to the customer they treated me like I’m a liar that trying to get extra food for free. I would never go back to this store and I really wish they get someone who can really manage...

Me, personally when my family wants get burgers I always gets fish. That's all I want.
But, not at Burger King. Because it's just not my taste.
This time, The quality, ok I don't want even mention a quality for Franchise food. So, don't judging me yet.
This time the fish quality like a MONTH old quality.

It did before .. I don't remember. Maybe a year ago? I tried 2 times a year ago, then it was same issue then I told my husband never get me a fish from burger king..then this time he forgot.
