July: Rude employees: one was waiting in the middle of the door with his head turned. When he realized that I was standing there waiting to enter, he said, "oh sorry sir go in." So I start to walk in and there is a line of employees coming out right behind him. I have no idea why he would tell me to go in, when he was already talking to one of them. Edit for June: I've been going in late for my pizza on purpose; so I think this store should just give up on using the Pie Pass if their employees aren't using it properly. the new pizzas they've had here are great, w great deals often. The Parmesan Stuffed Crust is KING over the OTHER pizza chain's.
Edit for May, but same as last few times the "pie pass" is being abused by employees to look better (Domino's Corporate emails surveys about this specifically, btw): Inside right now, bc app said order ready, but they're only just now putting my pizza inside the oven. The proof is in the photo, taking over 5 minutes so far... But it's not ready. Nope, they were wrong again. Please use your app correctly; I could be sitting in my car right now, and you wouldn't have someone here just standing around. Either your staff are trying to look better to your bosses, or your bosses are asking them to do stupid things that also go against Domino's policy. When I parked, the app said my pizza was ready and waiting to be picked up at the counter. I go inside... nope. had to wait about another min. still fast, but... Employees: Why push the button that it's ready when it's not ready? Do you like having customers standing there awkwardly looking at you, waiting for the pizza that you told them was ready, and are now telling them is not? Domino's just emailed me a survey again to ask how well you used the Pie Pass Tracker, good luck. Looks like nobody out-pizzas the 'Hut...
Usual review: Great, quick service with plenty of employees for a crowded night, very easy to go in and out with my order. Tons of topping choices compared to other chains, especially since they offer anchovies... The food is excellent for Domino's, and they don't...
Read moreMUST READ IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM HERE! ---- So it was exactly 8:16 when I ordered.. estimate wait time was 25-30 minutes. Didn't arrive in that time of course. So I called the store at 9 and simply asked where my food was and gave them all of my information. They said it arrived at 8:20??? witch did not make any sense at all because that's just 4 minutes after I placed it. They didn't know what they were saying and were highly not educated at all.. So they hung up.. I kept on calling but got no answer.. They finally picked up at 9:30 and I couldn't understand what they were saying. I payed by credit card so the food was already payed for so I was freaking out! I was about to call my credit card company and say I never got anything.. So then I get a call from someone who didn't know what they were saying they were slurring there words. I herd something bout dominos so I kept on saying what are you saying as I could barley here anything he goes where's your house for 10 minutes he said he arrived and his gps said he was here.. (no where near my house).. he said i'm at __ my address when he was no where there he told me to look down the street so I went out and looked all over to the right to the left and even walked down some and I still couldn't hear what he was saying.. then we knew he was very drunk so he finally drove up when I saw him and legit had to tell him to drive up more.. he was drunk driving for SURE! so he gave me my pizza and I asked him for change back and I actually had to sit there and help him give me the change he didn't even know how much 25 minus 21 was! that's how drunk he was! and he was like, Sorry i'm confused and saying RANDOM stuff! I didn't even know what he was saying.. How do you hire someone who gets drunk at there job on a Monday!? and even let them out on the road like that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. First off, I placed my order last night at 11 PM. I did not get my order until about 1:45 AM. I did it have a large order by any means and there was no communication as to where my order was in the process. When the order did come after all that time, the food was cold. The driver came to the door and someone from my family had asked what the hold up was for the order and he walked away from her. I also had 3 people that were on the phone trying to get in contact with someone to rectify the situation, but the only thing they were able to do was speak to a automated system. We then, after over an hour of that, got in touch with someone and they were not able to help us due to being short staffed. I felt bad for the employee we spoke with as we know it’s not their fault for being understaffed, that’s the lack of managment at fault. We called back again during business hours and were told that we could get a credit for the food or speak to a manager. However, I stated that I wanted not a credit, but a refund and to also speak to a manager because I was not going to use the credit as we will not be ordering from them again. The employee told me that someone from the “higher ups” would call me back and I waited all day and heard nothing back. This store has to work on their communication, management and customer service.
