Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Okay I go to this location frequently because my BF likes it and I am tired of the situation that keeps happening. The people at this location frequently shoot customers, including me, dirty looks. But the bigger problem is they frequently get orders wrong. Coffee missing stuff, sandwiches missing and then being argued with. Today I got a coffee which they frequently miss sugar or cream even when I read the order slow. They once again forgot to add milk and then when I went back to get it they gave me looks again and handed over the milk for me to do myself instead of fixing the drink they messed up. I ordered two tuna salad sandwiches, one for me and one for my sister. When we sat down to eat them, we noticed there was hardly any tuna inside. There was only a slight smear that gave a hint of tuna flavor. Usually their sandwiches are dripping with tuna and you need several napkins to help you finish your meal. I am extremely critical of Dunkin' Donuts as I used to work for one for 3 years. The staff here is always friendly, and they make iced coffee like they actually care about what they serve.
