Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This location used to be great but it has gotten really bad recently. I now go a mile out of the way to the sea cliff location because i had about a half a dozen bad experiences here in the last year.

They are particularly bad with online orders and during the morning rush. A few times I ordered in advance on the app then still waited 15-20 minutes just to be told that they didn't even start my order yet, so I had to leave empty handed. The final time I went there they were out of several things and said they couldn't refund me, so after paying money and leaving empty handed three times I finally gave up on the...

The service here is terrible save for some of the older employees and some of the Young men. But today I saw a young woman pouring bleach in the back. I'm pretty sure that's not how you get rid of bleach and she probably didn't have the owners permission. Upon closer looking she was dumping it ON RATS! A whole spawn of them! So that's how they deal with things. Instead of getting an exterminator they sent a young girl to pour Clorox on them. And if it doesn't kill them those rats are gonna go into the water and other things now COVERED IN BLEACH!
