Let’s start with the good. The service was great, the waiters and staff were very friendly. The Bad : The food was mediocre, not what I expected when I read these reviews. I didn’t mind paying $27.99 for chicken parmesan (that was average), but when I ordered a SMALL side of rigatoni to go with the meal, I was charged an extra $10. This side was very small, around 10 pieces of rigatoni in a small 3” round cup. $10 for that small side is insane. My wife ordered a chicken special and it was very dry.
We were seated at the end of the room, and the floor is slanted and not level. It feels like you are going to fall over since you are extremely slanted. If you placed a ball on the table it would roll off, that is how un-level the floor is.

It took over an hour for our appetizers to be served once we had to ask our waiter where our food was. Every other table that sat down after us was already served their food. Our waiter Joseph then disappeared and no longer wanted to serve us. He also had an attitude, as he didn’t like our choice of food selection. We wanted to try their homemade pastas. Read moreThis is by far the best Italian restaurant on Long Island. the food is very fresh and high quality. The service spot on too. Victor (owners son) runs the place mostly and is doing all the cooking himself. Pete the bartender and the entire wait staff are all friendly and very helpful.

They also have an elaborate Italian wine list stored in their masive wine cellar.
