Bounce! Family Entertainment Center — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

This place is enormous, which gives it some pros and cons. I'll start with the cons. Being so huge, it can be quite overwhelming. Especially for me, since I have 3 young kids. There are literally hundreds of kids and dozens of birthday parties going and coming in all directions. So it's big, busy, and loud. My kids were a bit intimidated at first and reluctant to let loose. But they eventually got uaed to it. The pros are that there a lot of activities and they're set up in separated stations. I like this because it keeps things operating in an organized, safe way. Supervisors are easily identified and are right in the activity zone with the kids. A other pro is that they keep tge young kids in areas only with other young kids. I believe that it's 6 and under. Also, being so huge, there are a lot of different and fun activity zones for the kids, especially the young kids. And almost all the activities are full energy jumping and running so they get tired out without getting bored. Look at the photos below and you'll see all the 6 and under stations. Great for young kids. Another pro is that they can fit 7 private birthday parties while still keeping the place open for public free play. Prices for weekends are $20 per kid per hour plus $3 socks. They make you buy their own socks for safety reasons. If you remember to bring them the next time, you can save the 3 bucks. The bathrooms were clean but far from some of the activities and much smaller than needed for so many people (one stall) There's a food counter with hot dogs and such but they do not allow outside food. No 9ne said anything to me about the coffee I brought in. Plenty of parking in the front and the back. See the pics...

This place was great a few months. They made “updates” to the place which looks nice but is extremely HAZARDOUS for any kid. After a certain time they turn off all the lights and put LED necklaces on SOME (NOT ALL KIDS). The place becomes pitch black and you have kids running around MIXED big kids (teens) with toddlers. The toddlers were screaming because the teens were in the ball pit slamming them with balls and there was absolutely No staff supervising these children. Sign clearly says 6 and under. Kids were coming out crying. TERRIFYING. The staff is extremely young and very INCOMPETENT. The amount of negligence is insane especially for a facility this big. Spoke to a “Manager” and he said sorry about that and completely dismissed the situation with the kids. Please get adults to run this facility. Very very very easy personal injury lawsuit and believe me the waiver they have you fill out would not cover the amount of negligence this place has. Our law firms gets these types of cases all the time. To top it all off this place has opened a bar for parents and ohhhh my Lord… it’s bad enough they don’t have a staff supervising, the parents are having drinks leaving the kids off like nothing. I’m rating 1 star for the 2 hour time limit. And the packages are misleading and cashier that serviced us didn’t help at all.

We came on a weekend, so maybe weekday is different

I recommend choosing the right package and take your time choosing the right one, because the cashier will not help you but rather make sales.

We asked to explain to us what was the adult pass for and she didn’t explain it to us well and just wanted to sell the most expensive package.

We got the gold package that is with bumper cars, and laser tag plus the other attractions. But with this package you can only go once at the bumper car and laser tag. That’s a big robbery to me.

My daughter enjoyed the bumper cars and trampoline, obstacle course and wall climbing.

Bring your own water bottle, they have water fountain by the rest too area. We didn’t buy anything from their snack bar.

They should have seats or benches where parents can seat by the climbing area where parents can watch and see their kids. Or anywhere they have attraction, there should e benches/chairs. Although they have table and chairs by the trampoline side and the bumper cars side.

The laser tag has its schedule so pay attention with the time. Not sure if all customers are only allowed 2 hours to stay there.
