I was so hungry and I came across this restaurant through GPS. I was excited to find a fresh, healthy food option. Online ordering was easy however there is an order minimum for delivery of 20$, I ordered 21$ worth of food and the site would not allow me to place an order until I had 25$ worth of items- my total ended up being an even 30$. I ordered āThe Workout (LC)ā which was supposed to be grilled chicken, tomato, onions and spinach over vegan chili. Everything was bland, completely unseasoned. The vegan āchiliā was watered down like a soup only having a tomato base with carrots, and handful of beans(literally). No chili flavors at all. I also ordered a pina colada that was completely melted down and nearly luke warm. (Initially the driver gave me some pink drink and when he saw the confusion on my face asked was it wrong, I told him what I ordered and he went in his car and gave me the correct drink.) The pina colada had banana flavor in it which is a first for me. I had also ordered a raspberry cheesecake which looked like 3 ounces melted ice cream in a plastic container. There was no evidence that it had ever been a cake at all. I wish I had been able to visit the restaurant in person. From the condescending responses in these reviews, I donāt think I would give this place a second chance. $30 is a lot of money and they couldnāt even get a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorse customer service. The lady at the counter gave attitude about me ordering a kids burger and adult meal for take out. She said we donāt give kids menu to go when the menu does not mention this at all. Then she questions whether itās even for a kid or not. Then she says āwell no one has ever argued about thisā⦠the whole experience was so unfriendly, discriminatory and full of hate. Will never return here again.
Update: A business owner should try to find out the full truth and reprimand his rude employees instead of justifying their wrong actions and arguing with his customers. I pointed to the kids menu, said I wanted two kids cheeseburgers to go, she rang me up, but rang me up with the wrong item and price. When I questioned it, she looked confused and went on to say that āoh kids menu isnāt to goā. Well then why didnāt she just tell me that in the first place instead of ringing me up for the wrong items and then arguing with me about it? I did tell her that I donāt see where it mentions that kids menu is only for dine in, she could have showed me where on the menu it states that, but instead she rolls her eyes and says āwell no one ever argued about this beforeā. I know discrimination when I see it. She was racist for sure. You, as the owner donāt seem like you care so Definitely will not come back and will spread the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was quite possibly the worst food experience I've ever had. It started when after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting for my food, the delivery driver called me. My order was sent to the wrong address, and the delivery driver told me that I put the wrong address on my order.... When in fact I had the CORRECT address and the delivery driver was given the WRONG address by an employee at Fuel Cafe. When the delivery driver finally came I handed him a copy of my confirmation receipt PROVING that I WAS RIGHT, NOT THE DELIVERY DRIVER. I kindly suggested he explain to the employee checking online orders that they needed to double check addresses. The response I got was "call and place your order next time". NO. YOU NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESSES IF YOU GIVE AN OPTION FOR CUSTOMERS TO ORDER ONLINE. After the delivery driver left, I sat down to eat very quick as my lunch break was about to be over. Everything was cold, soggy, mushy, and unappetizing. The fries were not good, the wrap was not good, the falafel are not good. The smoothie, also not good, had no consistency. It was as thin as a juice, so why is it advertised as a smoothie? Overall, I'd rate this establishment a 0 out of 5 stars. I will never give this business another penny, and I'd suggest that...
