May Loong Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I don't know who the new management is but the service is horrible. I ordered a lunch special at 12:15 to get to work at 12:20 just to see my order is wrong. It is now 2:44pm and they have yet to rectify this issue, mind you I am 6 months pregnant. I keep being told that the delivery person hasn't returned which I find hard to believe because again I called and made them aware at 12:20pm. I use to love this place but this has completely turned me off. I should've stuck to my first decision and went to Golden Temple. With all this being said I still haven't received the correct order. I have to wait until 3:30pm (when I get off) to go and get a refund for...

New owners are much nicer but the food flavor has changed a lot. Food is different from the original owners and the sesame chicken is now white meat and tastes a lot more dry than the dark meat the previous owners used. They should have a choice between white and dark meat chickens dishes. Also, the wonton soup doesn't taste half as good as it used to.

They have some new dishes and removed some old ones. All-in-all, I prefer the taste of the previous owners/chef's food but now their food is just decent standard-fare chinese take out.

Cheaper than the other Chinese takeout restaurants in the area. Staff are nice and cleaner than the previous owners. Sometimes willing to make items off menu. Some dishes are a little sweeter than typically done (chicken with broccoli). Have some items on menu not typically seen at other takeout Chinese restaurants like Thai curry but they don't seem like a place to get Thai food.
