Smallcakes Syosset — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Amazing First-Time Experience! I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted when I called Smallcakes Syosset, but their customer service over the phone was incredibly helpful. As it was my first time buying from them, they took the time to discuss pricing and they offered great recommendations. I ended up ordering one dozen vanilla and one dozen red velvet cupcakes. They charge about 5.50 per cupcake. They require a deposit of half or you can pay in full, and I chose to do everything over the phone three days prior to my event, and paid for half. I asked for the color blue on the “Happy Birthday” print cupcakes, so I wasn’t sure what to expect—but everything turned out perfect! The cupcakes were beautifully decorated and very moist. I went on a Sunday for pick up, and since it was pretty empty, I had no issues with parking, which was a relief. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely purchase here again. Plus, they offer a discount if you pay the balance in cash, which was a nice bonus!

There are a few vendors that consistently provide a great in store experience, and amazing tasting food and I'm so happy to support Smallcakes as one of those outstanding vendors.

They never fail to help out with special requests. This past Sunday at around 2:45 (they close at 5) we made a special request for Monday but didn't realize they're closed (for Columbus Day.) Without a hesistation - the owner set us up with a dozen custom cupcakes in Mets colors for my Son's 16th birthday.

If you want a great vendor that serves up really delicious cake - you have to try these guys. They'll work with you on just about any design if it's physically possible to do! (and I would guess they've done some impossible ones too.)

I contacted Adam for a specialty cupcKe cake for my girls’ naming party. And he really went above and beyond for everything I needed. Not only was it the most beautiful creation I have ever seen, it was also beyond delicious. The cupcakes were moist and the frosting was truly the best I have had!!! The kids and adults both thoroughly enjoyed the cupcakes. Adam also made a wonderful 6 inch smash cake for the baby. The frosting was hombre pink and white (per my request). Again Adam and his team went above and beyond in doing exactly what I asked. And finally, Adam and his team accommodated is at the last moment when I decided I needed 30 extra full sized cupcakes just one day before the event.
