Although it seemed as if the hispanic lady with the blonde hair streaks and pointy nose never wanted to serve me everything was fine at first; due to the young Hispanic boy who works there. I am a women of color, and every time I walked through the door they would stare,and say nothing. Shortly after doing that they would send another Hispanic women l, who is very nice, to make my sandwiches which was fine. She is sanitary and she does well. I have been spending money here everyday for the past few months. I have never had this issue, or any issue for that matter, until April 2023 & April 24 2024 around 4or 5 o'clock. There was a fat Hispanic lady who was very very rude. The nice lady is making my sandwiches, and rather than having the common courtesy to move my food,as other human being would. Not just rubbing her arm hair on my food. To then be combative when I approached her on it. This lady was so rude , automatically had an attitude, and is Willing to argue with a customer who's spending their money on the food. My ex came inside and the lady refused to give us a refund and when she called the boss or manager of the franchise she started telling him lies. I felt so uncomfortable I didn't want to spend my money here anymore. Rather than the manager or boss listening to us as customers, and taking into account that we have been disrespected in his establishment. He made it seem as if we were wrong and asked to not come back so now I will report him to the C.E.O. All I did was ask the lady may she heat the sandwiches up because I could not eat them cold. I go inside at the time and says 920 to go get my sandwiches and the lady behind the counter says there's no more meatballs we stopped doing meatballs at 9:15 I said, but I put my order in at 9 o'clock. She goes it doesn't matter we don't have meatballs so he said let me get The hot honey chicken sandwich and she said no no you can't do that. I tried to order a wrap and include what I desired in it. The women behind the counter decided on their own that I was ordering the #40 wrap from the menu which I was not, I was trying to make my own as that is what Subwayâs premise has always been, âmake your ownâ. A woman then also came in after me to order to customize a wrap and again they tried to make #40. She asked to make her own wrap but they told her no. so she asked âWhy can you make your own sandwich no problem but they stop you when it comes to the wraps?â to be ignored by the workers.
