I'm updating this review as of January 2024. I wanted to order lunch delivery, I ordered a salad, turkey sandwich with a bottle of Pellegrino. I tracked the order and it said my items would be delivered between 1:18 and 1:28 but it was going on 1:45. I called and spoke to a manager, he said the driver couldn't find my street.
I could hear him giving the person directions, now the last time I ordered delivery, the driver which was a different person called my cell so I directed her and she found it and came right up to my apartment. Anyway, as I spoke to the manager, he realized how frustrating it was waiting so long for my order, by this time it was almost 2:00, then the driver pulls up into the parking lot, so I went downstairs to get my order, she was telling me they gave her the wrong directions and was all apologetic.
I gave her two dollars which she didn't deserve because when I went back upstairs, my order was incomplete, the Pellegrino wasn't in the bag and I spoke to the manager for the second time, he sent her back and when she got to my door, she asks me If there was a receipt in the bag. She seemed desperate and had me looking through the garbage for a receipt! And she being nosy looking in my apartment with my door wide open, telling me her boss yelled at her about the order. I told her there was no receipt in the bag, how the hell do you treat a customer like that?!
I told him I am disabled and I shouldn't have had to put up with that and go downstairs to meet the driver, that's why it's called delivery! Well the manager refunded my money so I got a free meal but why all the aggravation? On another note, I usually don't go to this location in person but when I want a quick meal I'll stop here to get a salad but very rarely.
It's annoying when you're waiting for your food and you have to listen to them talk about their private business out in the open. I don't care who you drank with over the weekend or how much you like Taylor Swift or your favorite rapper Lil Idiot. Just get my order so I can leave! I wish some of the dishes were lower in sodium being that I'm on a low sodium diet and they've messed up my order quite a few times, and most recently i had someone pick up an order for me and they screwed it up again! The guy takes the order which was for me, the seasonal greens and they threw chicken salad on top and I am on a strict diet, I did not want chicken salad!
I don't like complaining or doing these reviews, but you should be able to get what you pay for. Workers are scarce and the ones who are working don't wanna do their job properly. If youre going to visit this location, always...
Read moreThe food at this location is always great, the rest of it… wow! For starters if you order in, be prepared to wait, because online orders take priority. You can be standing there for 10-15 minutes with no one around you, waiting as they fill online orders, but it gets worse. Should you order something from the bakery, the people at the counter (provider someone is there and acknowledges you) tells you to get it in the back, in the back they tell you to go to the counter. It’s a big back and fourth that’s just annoying. Once you sit down, the tables are usually dirty, and more often then not there’s a loud group of children misbehaving, that no one does anything about! Where is the manager? I’ve only ever seen on guy in a different colored shirt, and he looks to be about 15, and is more interested in having conversations about nonsense with the girl making the food then in doing anything else. I had enough of the mess and the kids so I started being one of those to order online and eat at my desk and THATS when they stop caring about getting the order right, because after all who’s going to come in to complain? For me it’s an inconvenience, what about people with allergies or diabetes? That’s dangerous! The online orders they seem to prioritize are right about 50% of the time, and if you think you’re getting utensils, think again! I love Panera, this is the only location near work, so I tolerate it, but why do...
Read moreI work at swirls and twirls so this store is right next to mine and it’s extremely convenient. I have been there plenty of times and I have had NO issues with my food. The place is always very clean, tables are cleaned and the floor is usually swept and clean as well. Whenever I go in and get up the register I am greeted with a smile and I have never had one rude staff member. I honestly love the staff at this place. They are so kind & awesome. I tend to talk a lot and they actually keep up convos with me and I don’t feel pushed off or feel as if they get annoyed. One person I want to personally thank in this review is the staff member Lauren. I do big dinners and bake offs a few times a month with my family and this time we’re making different types of Mac and cheese and doing bread bowls ! The first time I did this all of the Panera’s near me were out of them! This time I called a little earlier and they actually had them! But to get to the actual point of this I spoke to someone named Lauren on the phone and I could immediately sense her energy. She was so positive and accommodating and she gave me a bunch of info. I love speaking to people with personality it instantly boosts my day. Lauren helped me out and I was able to get everything I needed ontime! I’m glad Panera has such great staff and the food is always wonderful. 10/10 for cleanliness, quality of food, & awesome staff. They are all super...
