Okay sushi. Customer service, inexistent. Came with friends who raved about this place so was excited to see for myself what the fuss was about. The fuss? The all-you-can-eat concept and the price was all because the sushi was just okay and the customer service was inexistent. Unacceptable.

The three of us ordered from the all-you-can-eat menu. After checking off the desired items, we only recieved what they wanted to serve us. Half our order was missing. Why offer a cheklist style menu if it will mot be fulfilled? To make matters worse, the few orders we recieved were my friends and not mine. So, I went through round one watching my friends eat. Unacceptable.

I asked the waitress, "we are expecting more from this order?" She nodded yes. Repeatedly. An indication, that she had no clue as to what I was even asking her. We waited 15 minutes. Still hungry, we filled out a second check list. Again, only half the items were delivered. This time, I did recieve two small appetizers. The original items from the first order? Never arrived.

We placed a third order. 15 minutes passed. Nothing. 20 minutes passed. Nothing.

I walked to the sushi bar myself and asked kindly knowing it was not the sushi chefs fault not problem if our order was ready and he had no clue of my order. I looked around and then uderstood clearly why my order never arrived. All (I kid you not) all servers are happily eating together at a table in the back corner while only bus boys are left to run the place. I approached a bus boy and asked if he coukd assist in oor our order. We exchanged words back and forth many times always comig to the conclusion that he doesnt speak english either and is convinced that I want to place a take out order.

I sat back down. Livid inside without showing my anger. I patiently waited for our servers to finish their meals.

Half hour later a server finally passes by my table. I ask where is our order. She shrugs, I dont know. Walks away in a dismissive manner. When the next server passes by I state my feelings, "we've been waiting half an hour. Where is our order?" She says she will check. A manager then comes by and hands us a new menu and asks us to please place our order again.

Im so angry, I am in no mood to eat. My two friends place orders, and guess what? Only half delivered.

We were charged full price and only ate two of the many items I had requested but never recieved. I left hungry. And dissatisfied.

Never again. Inexistent customer service. They dont speak english. They will take time to neglect their clientel to feed themselves and disregard you (the client). Only serve you what they feel like serving you and not...

Poor service. Waitress was hovering HEAVILY after we finished our second round; I mean this girl was standing next to the table and staring us down - which made for an uncomfortable last half to the meal. This was not our experience last year when we came, nor the year prior. We don’t order a lot to eat each round because we never want to risk wasting food/filling up fast. Unless there is a time limit, we take our time and enjoy our time together. Each round consisted of 4-5 items; split between two people. We noticed that portions have become smaller over the years, but didn’t mind this as we thought we could just order more if we wanted.

After a small third round of sashimi; 3 INDIVIDUAL pcs + 1 app, She did not offer us another sushi roll sheet to fill out and purposely left us just the sheet where desserts are stated on the bottom. Asked up 3-4 times in the span of 10 minutes if we wanted dessert while we were still waiting on food to arrive, again, this girl is standing next to us while we were trying to talk. It felt like she was holding our third round of food on purpose because it didn’t come until an almost additional 10 minutes later - well after we politely told her that we’re still deciding.. We were one of three (small) tables there, so this is a stark contrast to how our other rounds came out.

It seems that they do not want you to go past the second round - no matter how much your order - and while I understand this attitude if we were wasting food or making a spectacle of engorging ourselves: but we were literally there for just over an hour and left hungry. Quality is fine, service is terrible, and the business seems to be going downhill. Again, we’ve been here 3-4 times in the past and things were way better all around - but our experience today showed us that it’s gotten to the point where one cannot justify spending $75 (drinks, meal, tip) for subpar AYCE if it’s not, well … AYCE! Maybe if they went back to $23.95-25.95 per person, but for over 30 dollars each? Come on now. I left regretful, wishing we went to one of our other favorite spots on the island.

I guess you can try harder than we did to order more food, but unless you want to spend your entire day off with the staff of Sushi Time 560 waiting on it to arrive, I recommend avoiding here unless you’re looking for a light lunch. Save your money, find a local happy hour and order a bunch of apps for an even better...

I came here with my cousin because I had came here once before with a friend. I've raved about this place to so many people for years for them to come here. But I was really disappointed in the treatment from the manager and the waiter. First the manager walked by and took my packaged chopsticks off the table didn't even ask if I was going to use it which I was going to use it for my sushi that I hadn't gotten to yet. Then my cousin asked for extra napkins and they gave literally two small napkins, this is an all you can eat dining so when I asked for another order of the appetizer they give you paper to put how many pieces of food you want in an order I put a certain amount and the manager gave me less then what I asked for he even looked at me weird when I had asked for 1 more order that made me feel very uncomfortable becasue it was like as if he didn't want me to order anything else and then ontop of paying for your food, they charge you for taking out your leftover sushi as well. They were rushing us out and kept asking if we were taking out the sushi so I finally told him yes we'll take it out so they could stop asking and the waiter bough out the containers and the manager bought out the BILL!! We haven't even had dessert yet and I wasn't even done eating yet I had 1 shrimp tempura left on my plate and the waiter grabbed it off the table and I told him I wasn't even done yet and he told me oh you can't take it out. I said I wasn't going to take it out because I wasn't even done yet why are you guys rushing us out? We didn't have dessert yet and you brought the bill to us. They knew we had just a few pieces of food left on the table 2 pieces of green onion pancakes and 2 vegetable gyoza dumplings and the 1 shrimp tempura they quickly grabbed it off the table, they want to make extra money off of you so they rush thier customers as long as they get that extra money from you to take out your leftovers they dont care how they act towards their customers. They walked away and stood by the register and stared at me to see if I was going to eat the 1! Shrimp tempura that really made me uncomfortable and it made my cousin very uncomfortable she was so upset how they were acting and how they rushed us so we will not be coming back here no more unfortunately because I had loved this place but after this treatment I won't be coming back or telling anyone else that I know...

Came here for lunch with a friend, and we were the only 2 in the restaurant. When my friend arrived first, she got a menu, and when I arrived, I was waiting for my menu. Upon waiting a couple of minutes, the waiters asked if we were ready to order, and I said I don’t have a menu. They then gave me a menu, but hardly gave me time to look. My friend and I were also talking, so looking at the menu took some time, but I figured it wasn’t a big deal since we were the ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS THERE FOR LUNCH! And so, eventually I made my lunch options, after feeling pressured to make a decision. After the appetizer came, our rolls shortly came out, leaving no time to us enjoying the appetizer and talk. When our food came, we were taking our time, but throughout our time there, 2 of the servers kept coming by and walking around us as if we were at an aquarium with sharks swimming around. I’m glad they were there if we needed something, but I felt like we had no privacy, or had time alone to enjoy our time together. The one waiter who kept circling us, was checking to see if we were done with our food, which we were not, we were just talking and ENJOYING OUR TIME TOGETHER and catching up!!!! They did fill our waters constantly, which was nice, but again, LET US HAVE OUR GIRL TIME!!!! We were the only 2 there, chill!!! It wasn’t even rush time for them, or early dinner time. As soon as they saw my friend done eating for a short while, they asked before taking, but they were wanting me to finish soon after. Once I did, I had the last roll in my mouth and the waiter swept the plate from me!!!! Like damn, LET ME FINISH EATING FIRST!!! And right after they came with the check. I heard this place was good for all you can eat, but I guess when you just want to order from the menu, they rush the hell out of you to leave the restaurant!!! This was my first time here, and it may be my last.

My family eats here at least a few times a month. It's our go to Sushi spot in the area. I'm rating this 4 stars because it's far from being perfect and certainly not the best sushi or restaurant you will visit. Yet we keep coming back again and again and here are some reasons why: It's BYOB. If you get here and realize you forgot to bring a bottle, no worries; there is a wine store a few stores down, in the same parking lot. The prices are reasonable for under $30 and children under 3ft are free and slightly taller kids will pay a discounted rate. Note lunch and dinner prices are the same. Food is of good quality and there is AYCE option. Each item you order is made to order. Upon arriving you get two different menu sheets: Sushi bar menu or Kitchen Menu. You fill it out - waitress picks it up - food comes out - that simple! When you are ready for more food, ask for another menu. Please note, the kitchen will consistently forget or miss an item that you ordered. You will have to remind the waitress. Some of our favorites are Beef Ribs, Rock Shrimp, Shumai, Special Edamame, Beef Satay, Salmon Shashimi, Squid Sashimi, Salmon skin, Filet Mignon sushi. When your meal is all done, there is desert that is included. You can't leave here without ordering the fried Oreo's with your choice of Ice cream including green tea or black bean. Fried bananas also available. Service. You either get their best in one of the waitresses, who is super attentive, smiles, communicates or others who are average. Other downside is the lack of accuracy with what you get vs. what you order (which they are willing to correct). Despite this, Sushi Time has become our GO TO SPOT. Honestly the BYOB and prices keep us coming back.

The sushi was fresh and delicious. The service was overall very good, but could be faster. I arrived with a party of 6 at 7 pm on a Saturday for my friends' birthday dinner. There were only 2 other tables filled there at that time. Between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm, they did fill up pretty close to full. The service was attentive and friendly, but was a little slow, which is why we left at 9:30 instead of 8:30. The food was cooked fresh and the sushi was prepared as ordered. The place is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer/Bottle) which is nice if you would rather not drink what they have there, or if you have a specific wine in mind that you'd want to enjoy with your meal. They have All You Can Eat (AYCE) for both the sushi and the kitchen, which is nice. They have different pricing for both lunch/dinner and weekday/weekend. When we went, I believe it was $32.99 for weekend dinner AYCE. The restaurant was clean, the waitress was friendly, the food was tasty, the selection was wide, and for all you can eat for $32.99 before tax and tip, it's not bad and very comparable to similar places. I'll be going back to try some other items soon.
