Iāve been a customer for six years at this location. I purchased new phones in January. There was a promotion going on and I handed my phone in. Since January my bill doubled. I have been reaching out to T-Mobile. I even came to the store numerous times spoke to Amanda. She reached out to T-Mobile. I returned asked if she heard anything from them. She tried reaching out to them once again and I was told I will hear back from the store as soon as they get a response. I had asked her to check the cameras at that time, and she said she would have to speak to the manager. Obviously, no one ever got back to me. For 11 months I have been reaching out to T-Mobile. No luck and I just came back to the Bethpage store and the manager had the audacity to ask me for my receipt. If I donāt have it then thereās nothing they can do. He was giving me to run around the same way T-Mobile was. I was told that this manager has been here since 2018 and he just clarified that he just started coming to the store since this past June. For whatever reason all the sales people and managers are constantly switching out of this store and every time thereās a situation they say sorry so that person doesnāt work here any longer. She's gets to the back of the phone and tells me the the one centermeter scratch is a crack because she can feel it with her nail. The scratch is not at the corner of the phone nor was there any indication the phone was dropped. Funny thing is, when i read the warranty exchange rules on the T-Mobile website it doesn't cover cracked screens. This scratch wasn't on the screen. I left and called the Customer service number they apologized on the behalf of the store and are sending me the exchange. They also waived the expedited shipping costs. I ported three lines of service to T-Mobile in the store with Rakesh, and the entire process was a disaster. My trade-in was not added to the order, so I lost the promotion where T-Mobile will pay off your old phone. A tablet was added to my account with monthly charges, and I was given a lot of information by Rakesh that T-Mobile customer support claimed was a blatant lie.
Stay AWAY from this scam of a store with its horrific customer service!!!!!
