Take it creamy — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Okay I really wanted to like this place. Saw this place from Instagram by a food blogger. Super confusing first when going here. The front entrance you don't see any signs, if they are there it is small. The parking is in the back and they have a back entrance. Walking in, I wouldn't say it is really clean. I'd say on a level 1-10 cleanliness was like a 5. Guy at the counter wasn't very pleasant but not a dick. Seemed annoyed I came in to pick up food which I had ordered online.

I ordered the philly cheesesteak and the hot cheeses mozzarella stick. Philly cheesesteak was good and it was $13.99. Nothing crazy to go for but something I'd order again. Now the big problem I had with this place is the mozzarella stick. I paid $11.99 for this "giant" mozzarella stick. Online when I ordered it said "hot cheese mozzarella sticks" yup thats with an S and is written out plural. I opened it up and I see a single stick and it wasnt giant with a cup of french dressing. If anything it was equivalent to 2 regular sized sticks. No way was it worth it. Was it good? Sure it was good but not for 12$!!!! Honestly that stick shouldn't be more than 5$. I included a pic of it. $27 after tax was not worth it

Absolutely disgusting. Drove out to try this spot based off of a food bloggers raving review, and I’m not sure why perhaps it was paid for. Philly cheesesteak was salty but otherwise bland and soggy masked with crazy amount of cheese whizz. Mac n cheese basic, as was the cheese sandwich. The hot Cheetos burger was just another level of garbage. $18 for a burger that wasn’t even a burger - frozen bland beef patty slapped between huge rolls that overwhelmingly encrusted in hot Cheetos. Place was also very hot and humid, not sure if the AC was working, but the cakes on display were evidently melting and looked very very unappetizing. I don’t ever give out bad reviews, even when the food is bad I understand it can just be a coincidental experience. However, I was truly upset at this entire place and their menu. This place isn't worth it. I have been wanting to try it since it opened up. I got the hot cheetos burger, walking taco, a zinger burger, a refresher and 2 ice creams.

The burger buns aren't fresh. it was old. the hot cheetos weren't fresh for the walking taco.

The hot cheetos burger was such a disappointment and expensive for no reason. The cheetos for the burger was stale and the burger bun was not fresh. I got the combo and portion for the fries was an absolute joke. over $20 for a combo burger that didn't even come close to standards. I had to go tell the staff that this is ridiculous the chicken patty is smaller than the burger bun, fries are barely there.

the staff gave me more fries after I asked twice and changed the patty to a bigger one but I don't recommend. they definitely need to work on the...
