Great Wok — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This was by far the worst lo Mein I’ve ever eaten in my whole life beside Panada express ! I work in Hicksville and I’m no a 12 hour shift so i was starving so i decided to order house lo mein from here … BIG MISTAKE ! Ordered $70 worth of food and after several of the meals were messed up we called requesting a refund for 2 plates— absolutely horrible customer service with a man who argued for 10 minutes rather than reimbursing us for overcooked food and food sent without its counterparts. I've been to Great Wok a few times in the past with no issues. However, I came back for the first time in a few months and the food was HORRIBLE. The worst was the sesame chicken. We opened the container and were hit with the strongest vinegar stench we've ever experienced. It was painful to eat with the smell and taste.
