I’ve been going to Wendys locations all over Long Island every other weekend for over a year now with my cousin who is special needs. This location will be crossed off our list for the most repulsive reason. Yesterday we were there for lunch, with very few other people in the place. About 5-10 minutes before we left, a kid around 20 years old wearing a lifeguard uniform ran through the doors, dashed into the bathroom, stayed in the bathroom for less than a minute, and proceeded to run back out to his car without getting any food. 5-10 minutes later, as my cousin and I were leaving, I opened the door to leave, and as we were walking to my car I looked down to grab my car key and noticed I had a yellowish substance on my hand. Thinking it must’ve been mustard or something that I accidentally touched on the table, I grabbed my water bottle to pour some water on my hands to rinse it off. I then smelled my hand to make sure everything was rinsed off, for me to instantly realize that it most definitely wasn’t mustard on my hand, it was human feces. I was so disgusted, I literally started crying. I didn’t wanna risk going back inside, because god forbid I touched it again. Both my cousin and I didn’t go into the bathroom the entire time we were there, leading me to believe that the animal in the lifeguard uniform was too lazy to wash his hands, and left some remains on the door. When attempting 9 different times to call this Wendy’s location after the incident, and make them aware of the situation, maybe tell them to clean their doors extra carefully that day, I was brought to voicemail every time. I’m going to be calling corporate tomorrow, and unfortunately will never ever be returning back to this Wendy’s....

Woman asks me if I want cream in the coffees, and I say no 1% if you have it Im super happy at this point like wow; they're on point here.
When they give me my order again, I'm impressed with 2 bags for the 2 orders. Even though they don't need it, it makes my life easier, that can drop my fiancee off and don't have to dig for the food or give up any of my spilled bfast potatoes.
Drop the lady off, open my bag with the receipt on it, showing bacon sandwich and I have her sausage sandwich.
As i am bewildered, I take a sip off the coffee they dumped a ton of sugar in the coffee even though I never asked for any on the app or at the window.
The Lady calls me up about the coffee and her bacon sandwich and I'm left wondering why they put the receipts on the bags to identify which is which when they are not going to look at it when preparing! Also is it that hard to read and make an order they way is shown in the app?

Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your Wendy's restaurant. I had visited the restaurant on 5.14.23, and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received.
The food order I received was incorrect, and when I asked the cashier to correct it, she was unhelpful and dismissive. I had to wait several minutes for her to take my order and then even longer for her to get it right.
I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and disappointed. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold and the quality was poor. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to your restaurant any time soon.
I am writing to request a refund for the meal I ordered, as well as an apology for the poor service I received. I hope that you will be able to rectify this situation and ensure that no other customers have to experience such poor service.
