New Country Deli and Caterers INC. — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

The prices just keep going up. I used to come here every morning for egg sandwiches. The staff is always so pleasant. I came in recently for a tuna salad sandwich on rye bread. A snapple, cheetos and cherry slices along with the sandwich was just about 18 dollars. I felt like I got robbed when I walked out. I know the cherry slices weren’t gourmet but I took one bite and I had to throw the rest out. They were dried up, hard and inedible. This wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten candy here that was bad. Sometimes the rolls are very stale. I feel bad so I gave 3 stars because the owner is really nice and i’ve always supported local restaurants in the area due to my job being so close but unfortunately I will not be returning. Some changes need to happen if she wants to stay...

The roast beef on a roll sandwich $10.was terrible 1) i asked for rare roast beef and it wasnt 2)it was so skimpy that most bites were just the roll ! It was so light . 3) im done with this place .i dont eat lunch often and tried the same sandwich before . Thinking that it cant always be so skimpy . Well i was wrong this was my second time buying roast beef on a roll here ,and it was my last time . A plus for this place is the breakfast sandwiches are good. But otherwise done here....

i’ve been over charged and completely ignored every time i come in this deli. i ordered my food at 11:47am and stood there waiting while they helped everyone else and no one gave me an update. I walked out because i was just standing there and being told “i don’t know i didn’t take your order” called and told them to forget and they didn’t even bother apologizing for anything. i will not be buying anything else...
