Worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever. I wanted to order one munchkin and they refused to sell them to me. I ordered five pumps of Caramel and the guy broke the pump machine and decided to pour half a cup of Caramel into my iced coffee it was disgusting he was condescending and he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was about 5’10, bad attitude. I do not recommend this Dunkin location to anybody It was awful. I had to go in and get a refund for the disgusting iced coffee. 10/25/2018: I am now quite pleased. It's been over a year since my last opinion below and things have improved. I was actually asked by a staff member about my prior review and that in itself demonstrated that they cared about my input. Aside from being a clean establishment (especially the bathrooms), they will accommodate special requests. And, I get the occasional greeting.

I basically judge all dunkin donuts based on their iced caramel latte. If theyre being cheap it comes out nearly white. I get the same drink the same exacy way from all of them and most of them come out a nice light caramel color. This location produces them looking white. As in, I cant taste ANY coffee in it.
