Clementine — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

I went this past Saturday for my first time. Spacious place. Great iced coffee I got the special bee latte, chocolate chip coconut scone and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. But the breakfast burrito taking over 30 minutes I don’t think I would order food again unless placing in advance the place wasn’t so busy there was no one in line before me when I got there and 2 orders after me the one guy ordering after me got his food before me. I tried to be patient but after 25 minutes of waiting I finally asked the worker if maybe he forgot to send my burrito back he said no i said okay do you know how much longer it may be ? He said 5/10 minutes i was shocked. I kept waiting and considered trying to ask for a refund because that was a long wait in my opinion finally I got the burrito maybe after 35/40 minutes of waiting!! But yes it was delicious I just don’t think I could wait that long...

Clementines is a beautiful coffee shop. The decor is an improvement from Fair Pour. The music is quiet enough so that conversation is easy. The baristas are friendly and professional. The addition of soup was a smart choice.

Two suggestions for the owner. I think skim milk is an important ingredient in lattes. I hope you will stock skim milk. From an ecological standpoint I think that paper cups are not the best choice for clientele that are not taking their drinks to go.

Having said that clementines will be my go to coffee shop in Fairport.I was a steady customer of Fair Pour and I’ve been to the new Fair Pour and find clementines to be superior. I plan to be a regular customer!

May 2022: Clementines has started serving skim milk with their lattes and have earth friendly non paper coffee cups for indoor patrons. Thanks for listening to customer feedback. FIVE STAR...

It was kind of confusing to find. The coffee was beyond gross. Got an iced latte and it was so bitter. I asked for it to be remade with a bit more oatmilk or another pump of white chocolate because they only put 1 pump in. Ive never gone to a coffee shop and they only add one pump of syrup for a medium. The lady went to give it to the girl making the coffee and she said very annoyed “ did she ask for that in the first place” well if i knew the coffee was disgusting i definitely would have asked for it. God forbid you have to do your job. She just added a pump of syrup on top and handed it to me. I specifically asked for it remade because the syrup doesnt melt if you dont put it in with hot espresso. Anyone making coffee SHOULD know this. I dont want coffee with a pump of syrup on top. Would never...
