Pontillo's Pizzerias — Restaurant in Town of Pittsford

Decent place. Ordered a turkey sub and a salad from here and was satisfied with their food. Salad was large pieces of iceberg (some leaves too big) and some tomato, cucumber and onion. Some of the iceberg had brown edges. Ken's prepackaged dressing and plasric utensils came with it. The sub was not toasted bit was very flaky and didn't seem the freshest but was not moldy in any way. Just didn't seem as fresh as other sub rolls I've had. The sub ingredients were good and tasted fresh. I asked for lettuce, onion and tomato and only found 1 slice of tomato on the sub. Almost as if they started adding tomato and either ran out or just figured giving more than one slice was not cost effective for them . Overall, it was "okay". Nothing spectacular but nothing so negative I would stay away from it. I know subs and salad aren't always the priority choice from a pizzeria but I figure if it's on the menu, it should be quality if you...

I ordered a large pizza and two boxes of wings, both boxes of wings were grossly undercooked and the pizza had a long hair literally baked into it - across multiple slices.

I called to let them know and while the first person to answer seemed apologetic - the manager that came on next simple responded with "whoops, that's not good, thanks" and hung up the phone.

I ordered a large pizza for pick up.. Girl on the phone told me it would be ready in 15. I showed up in 10 and the pizza was already on the rack. When I got home and started eating it, i noticed the dough was raw. It was a very thick crust and not properly cooked. The quality has gone downhill lately with the young staff. Do not recommend until they get an older/more experienced manager to run the place. Go to the basin pontillos instead, it's much better and it's only a few miles...
