A Perfect Oasis at Mr. P's Roadhouse, Thanks to Sheila!

Stepping into Mr. P’s Roadhouse on a scorching hot Friday was like finding an oasis, and that's largely thanks to the incredible service from Sheila, the bartender. From the moment we arrived, Sheila greeted us with the warmest smile and a politeness that immediately made us feel welcome. She was quick to recommend the coconut tacos, and let me tell you, they were an absolute game-changer! Hands down, the best tacos we've had in this entire area – a true delight. The beer was perfectly ice cold, and the air conditioning was a blissful escape from the heat outside. What truly made our visit exceptional was Sheila's wonderful personality. She had us laughing and feeling so comfortable, it was as if we’d known her our entire lives. Her genuine warmth and friendly demeanor are exactly what you hope for in a bartender. Peak of racism and entitlement. We went in as a small group of 3 looking for a quick bite. Ended up getting a horrible experience. They had Mabey 5 people at the bar and the rest of the place was empty. We sat at a table after talking to the bartender to figure out how to order food and drinks. After waiting for nearly half an hour a roudy(possibly drunk) group came in and sat at the bar. They proceeded to order food and drinks and got it before us. When we talked to the bartender we were told we are refused service and asked to leave. All while the roudy group are making rude inappropriate and snide comments about our group. So I show up and there's nothing but locals around and some drunk guy who is like "hey let me show you something" Turns out it's the owner and he wanted to point out elements of the remodel he did. So then I'm like what's on the menu and he goes "you want some food follow me" so he takes me literally into the kitchen and suggests I make my own meal. I've got a Budweiser in hand so I'm having a good time.
