I recently heard about this place, read the reviews and was really looking forward to dining there (nice and local). We walked in, the server coldly (seemed bothered) pointed and said you can sit there. Never told us her name said she would bring us menus, instead sat down with the women at the next table and started talking, then walked to the back. We sat patiently. A nice, smiling server walked by and asked if we ordered. I asked him for a menu, he immediately brought them over. Our server (I'll assume she went by *G^ because that's what I heard the women at two other tables can her) was very dry, I thought at first maybe she's having a bad day but nope I saw her having a grand time with the other two takes. I literally had to get her attention to order. I then had to get her attention for the bill. There was nor real interaction in between. We ordered our burgers medium and medium rare. They both came out rare. We asked for parmesian and garlic oil on the waffle fries she said she would check if they could do that. She didn't get back to us and we didn't get it added, we got pain waffle fries. The regular fries I did get with parmesian and garlic were meh. Food took really long to come out, it was not seasoned or cooked right but we ate it bc it was after 8:30pm and we were hungry... and I didn't feel like looking for our server again. We took our fries to go (I can fix/add parmesian and garlic oil at home). The drink was decent. The cauliflower was ok. I won't rule this place out completely, it could've been just a bad night (giving the beneft of the doubt), I may give it a second chance. All those reviews can't be wrong, right? We'll see.
*check the cameras it...

The crew is absolutely lovely, led by the owner Alex and Ari with the help of the amazing employees Lindsey, Stevie, Alex the barbarian! Ryan, Taylor, Kelly, newly hire Lauren and the talented chef Harder. They work together to curate an amazing menu that will leave your taste buds in awe.

Read moreFirst time visiting during their karaoke night. It was sweet they were raising money for a local family affected by something. The issue though was during karaoke, the owner (who is white) decided to "sing" a rap song and the one word I heard over the others was the n-word. When this controversial problem was brought to her attention, instead of being cordial and either apologizing or saying she didn't realize (even if she was lying to our faces), the owner doubled down saying, "It's 2023, I should be able to say it." We had already requested our tabs and paid them so we could respectfully leave. The owner then says, "You are no longer welcomed back here." I happily said thank you for I will never return to this bar. The owner does not understand that as a business owner, there is a level of decorum one must uphold when running a public business. The hostile response when being called out for something that is not okay was unprofessional and just showed her true nature. After we had already left her bar and were in the shared plaza parking lot, she continued and attempted to antagonize us by opening the front door and yelling to us, "They're now singing Biggie Smalls." Her attempt to stir up trouble from us, you had already paid and left, was a continuation of her showing that she does not care for customers, only her kind of people. Do not go here if you are a POC for it is clearly a white bar full of people that are okay with...
