I absolutely love Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe! This place has become one of my go-to spots for healthy and delicious meals. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The location is perfect, with plenty of parking space, which is always a bonus when you’re in the mood for a quick, fresh meal. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the staff truly cares about creating a positive experience for their customers.
The staff is amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Sabita, who is always so friendly and welcoming. She has a smile that can brighten anyone’s day, and her positivity adds to the overall great vibe of this place.
The menu is full of healthy, nutritious options, and it’s hard to pick a favorite because everything is so delicious! I am a huge fan of their açaí bowls and salad bowls, which are always fresh and bursting with flavor. The fresh fruit they use is always top-notch, and I love how they give you the option to swap or add extra toppings to make each bowl exactly how I want it. They also have an incredible variety of smoothies, each packed with nutrients and made with high-quality ingredients. And let’s not forget their fresh juices, which are perfect for a quick energy boost.
One of the best things about Vitality Bowls is that they really focus on quality and freshness, and you can taste the difference. They always use fresh ingredients, and you can tell they take the time to carefully prepare each item. Another highlight is the great music they play in the background – it’s the perfect soundtrack to enjoy your meal and relax.
The cafe is also a fantastic spot for couples to hang out, with its cozy, clean environment, and they take great care in keeping the place spotless, including the restrooms, which is something I really appreciate.
Overall, I can’t recommend Vitality Bowls enough! Whether you’re looking for a delicious, healthy meal, a refreshing smoothie, or a spot to just unwind, this cafe has it all. Every time I visit, it’s always a positive experience, and I’m excited to share pictures of my favorite bowls...
Read moreService was weird to say the least. I walked in and there 2 employees that made the experience weird: one employee was sitting on a stool by the front talking to who i’m assuming was her friend, paying no mind to me for what felt a uncomfortable eternity. Then, she turned her attention to me and practically stared me down as I walked toward the register. The 2nd employee that took my order was better, however the interaction felt forced as if she really just had to “deal” with me. Judging by how she took my order, kept looking back to talk to her coworker and the friend. I could over hear the first employee cussing and acting unprofessional talking to her friend, loudly discussing her personal life and escapades. The place felt really uncomfortable and I felt so out of place as if I was interrupting them and like I wasn’t supposed to even be there. In addition: the bowl I ordered, “blue bliss bowl”, didn’t taste good at all, the bananas were waxy and firm which often means they are underripe, the blueberries has no taste, the granola tasted like “not granola” - the closest thing I can describe to it was putting moist nuts in your mouth that somehow had a crunch, the smoothie part itself tasted like a thick yogurt. No taste. Just super thick yogurt with a hint of whatever it was made with? Overall, not a good experience. I believe the staff can be trained better to interact with customers and at the very least act professional around customers and then return to their conversation. This is my first ever review anywhere, and I’m so I shocked I have to write this because you can usually let bad places go if you don’t like them or love them, but this place is just a straight no for me. Seriously...
Read moreWhat a fall from grace. I have been a customer of VB for 5 years now. Having not been in a while, I didn't know that new owners took over. I called in for my typical açai bowl. When I arrived, the place seemed extraordinarily disorganized in comparison to when I used to come often. I paid for my bowl (which definitely seemed more expensive than usual). Aware of how disorganized they seemed, I made sure to check the bowl before I left and noticed that they got my order wrong (I had asked for no granola, honey or goji berries, which comes standard on the bowl. Instead, the receipt said "add goji berries, honey, granola"). No big deal, I thought, miscommunication happens sometimes. When I mentioned what was wrong, they tried convincing me that I had actually asked for the goji berries, honey and granola. Why in the world would I ask to add something that comes standard on the bowl?
They said they would make it again, and did. I wait another 15 minutes for my new bowl and was then given the wrong size. The first bowl was the right size, wrong order. Second bowl is now the right order but wrong size. It took until the third bowl to finally get the right order. Before I left, I asked if Lisa (the previous owner) still owned it. I was not surprised when the girl said that it was under new management.
Like I said, I have been a customer here for 5 years and at one point was coming at least a few times a week. The previous owner and staff was great. The experience that I just had and the other reviews before me show how great the previous management was. I will likely not be coming back. I recommend you go to the new Playa Bowls down the...
