Okay! I see you 845! I wasn’t expecting much being that I initially came for Dominoes pizza. However, you guys have the best halal food north of NYC. I can attest being a MTA Bus Operator who eat in at certain spots in the Bronx that your food surpasses decent Halal food. Good job guys! This will be the second time that I order from them. Nonetheless, this spot is your go to spot for late night “grubbin”. Also, this spot is pretty clean upon entry. The staff were welcoming and you can literally see the food prepared while you wait. I recently tried 845 Halal, and it’s easily one of the best new spots around! The chicken over rice was fantastic – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, with every bite tasting fresh and perfectly seasoned. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The wings were another highlight – crispy on the outside, with a deliciously juicy center and a perfect balance of spices. Update; soooo when I placed my order I asked that my chicken be made fresh as I had about a 20 min drive home … I was assured that it would be only to get home and it wasn’t, my lamb over rice was very salty and not even warm when I got home and my son Mac n cheese was overly microwaved that it was hard and stuck to the plastic container.
