Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

Normally, I wouldn't stop to rate a drive through. You get what you pay for and it's usually exactly that- no complaints or anything particular to rave about. But I have to give a shout out to this particular drive through. I wish I knew the name of the young man at the window who handled my order to give him a proper shout out. He was just a kid but so hard working and took the time to make a fresh pot of decaf since the current pot was hours old. He even asked first to make sure I had time to wait, since it wasn't busy, saying it would be quicker to give you the last cup we have right now, but a fresh pot will be worth the wait. AND IT WAS.

Service with a smile, attention to detail and quality (realizing that last drop from the hours old pot would likely take like rubbish) He represented you well, Dunkin. It hit the spot. The extra effort and care paid off- I now officially switched from the West Nyack drive thru to get the best cup around. THANK YOU for a fresh hot cup of coffee to warm my heart...

I called in a large order at 6:30 AM and got an attitude from the woman who was working at the time. When I arrived, she told me I would have to wait because she was the only one there. She proceeded to service other people who did the drive thru or came in to the store after me, and only worked on my order when there was nothing else for her to do. When I had ordered, she did not let me know that they only served veggie bacon at this location. After I paid, I had some questions about how she charged me, and she refused to look at the receipt or explain how she rang me up. I had also ordered an Americano, but she charged me for a macchiato, and never gave me the coffee. By the time I realized it, I was already gone, and didn't have time to turn back or put up with her poor...

Absolutely rude every time no matter what time. In the morning there was a woman there that yelled my total before I even got to the window. ripped my debit card from my hand. Gave me my drink with no straw and just walked away. That was at 9:20 am. I decided to go back there a couple of days later because I didn't want to get out of the car. The guys seem stoned out of their minds. I asked for a caramel latte and they gave me pure milk and syrup. We waited for about 3 min for someone to come back after yelling and honking. The guy didn't even say a word to us, just looked at us with like a "what do you want" look. Horrible.
