Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I'm not a big fan of auto zone, because the customer service always seems to be lacking but, this AutoZone is a diamond in the rough. I called to find out if an item was available and the person took the time to look for my item and put my item on hold for me. I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I came in and they had my order right behind the counter for me. I was pleasantly surprised since I was used to associates giving me attitude over the phone and not taking the time to even look for my items at the other autozones in nanuet and Spring valley.    Read moreYesterday I came by the store to pick up engine oil for my car. I am a younger disabled veteran and was having a health flare up that makes it hard for me to stand up and walk around. Slightly embarrassed to ask for help, I called the store from the parking lot to see if someone could bring the product out to me while I rested in the car. Ryan was immediately on top of it and put me at ease. He took great care of me and made me feel like I wasn’t being a burden. My car battery was dying on me and I needed a new battery. Initially, another junior staff was taking care of me, however, that staff did not give me the right battery. Then Ali stepped in and found me a right battery that not only the size is correct, but also allow me to get through the winter without a problem.
