Ray's Pizza and Restaurant (Tallman) — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

Beware! This place is full of scumbags the owner is verbally abusive and also Harasses the girls that works there with sexual comments and they end up quitting and walking out on them. He’s a bully he treats most od his workers badly specially counter and drivers who deliver, I worked for both locations for two years and they don’t treat Pepe good! They’re food has no consistency because they go through employees like crazy he has a Napoleon complex and thinks people owe him something he is ungrateful my friends took up about 1 hour or they’re day to get his old tables out and helped out his new ones in and not even a thank you or a nice gesture just a horrible arrititude! He uses his rolls and calzones from the day before doesn’t make them fresh and the pizza with the toppings what ever he doesn’t sale he takes the toppings off and uses them the next day on the fresh pizza he makes. His kitchen is dirty with roaches nothing is sanitized and they touch all the food with bare hands. They bake the pizza sauce and mix it with are hands no gloves at all and it’s disgusting. They get complaints all the time and he doesn’t care as long as he gets his money and if they mess your order up depending how big it is he usually doesn’t fix it beware go else where you have joeys next to Walmart and Nicky’s up the the block nicer people better food nicer clean place, FYI he also try’s to offer girls money for sexual favors for money he talks about this one employee how she’s only good for the hour and he pays her to have sex with him and laughs about...

A few years ago we found this to be one of the better pizzerias but for the last 6 months the quality of the service and the food has gone significantly down. Ordering delivery OR pickup is a hassle EVERY single time: food is either made wrong or delivered wrong, big/complex orders are ALWAYS missing things, especially when picking up in a hurry. . Most importantly the place has begun blatantly skimping on ingredients. I ordered an EXTRA CHEESE 18" pie and it arrived with BARELY regular cheese where there was more sauce visible than actual cheese. When I called the store I received massive attitude from the manager / pizza maker who told me (verbatim) "If you're so unhappy then why are you even calling!". I am NEVER ordering from this place again and I urge EVERYONE to stop as well.

EDIT: forward a few years. We decided to give it a try again and ordered. Almost an hour later I called and asked what happened to the order. I'm told " it left 10 minutes ago. " . 15 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he's 5 minutes away because he's fighting traffic. The place is 4 miles away and I just drove in that direction and back a few minutes back. The order contained the right pies but all of the options I selected on their own ordering web page were completely ignored as if no one had read them to begin with.

So basically nothing has changed, they are still complete scrrwups relying on people coming back for more. Not happening again...

I ordered from this place because it's cheap and they're the only location around me to sell slices, but I'm done ordering from here. Their food constantly makes me sick. Every single time. I thought maybe it was the pepperoni on the pizza, but every other slice I try does the same thing. The pizza isn't cooked well to the point where I throw out the bottom half of it and only eat the top portion and crust, because the bottom is so oily and flimsy. That is not all... I've noticed I've been charged an extra $42 total in the 8 times I've ordered food from here for asking them to add oregano, parmesan and red pepper flakes to my slices. If I got this in the restaurant, any restaurant, it would be free of charge. Nobody charges extra for that. But since I ordered through doordash, I've noticed this store adds additional charges onto each of my orders to the point where the charges are more than the food I'm buying. One day the charge is an extra $4, the next time an extra $6, the time after an extra $13???? How does that make sense? Why would the charge change if I'm asking for the same thing every single time? I will never order from here again and I suggest nobody else does either. You guys do some...
