I personally prefer BK to McDonald's every time (just an opinion)...however I genuinely felt bad for the staff at this store during my visit. It started in the drive through where I waited for over 20 minutes - WITHOUT MOVING AN INCH - to which I said to myself...ok, I'm gonna go in instead. I thought that being lunchtime maybe they were having technical difficulties with the drive through for some reason or another, as I have experience with fast food in the past and know these things happen sometimes....well, I was wrong. Upon entering, there was a man taking a customer's order at the counter, and two customers who had already placed orders and were waiting to be served. After completing the order at the counter being taken, the man started shouting back to the line worker what was needed for one of the other patrons waiting who had completed their order prior to me entering the store. They completed the order and handed it out, to which the other patron waiting said what about my order? (Presumably was before the order that had been handed out). Then the man working asked "what was your order?" The patron explained that it was a mobile order and the man just called an employee from the back saying "I just don't know anything about these mobile orders. she can explain it to you better.". Then I was asked to place my order. I placed the order for my teenager and myself (which wasn't a complicated order), and stepped aside to wait for my order to be completed. So at this point, there's this confusing mobile order, the patron in front of me and me waiting to be served. The man who ordered in front of me was served in a relatively timely manner and then they decide to work on this mobile order. The order contained 2 original chicken sandwiches, as well as my order containing 1 original chicken sandwich...at this time the line workers are just trying to catch up for what I can only believe to be a mistake of deleting the order from their screens due to it being a mobile order...AAANNNDDD the next patron comes in to order...a group of 3 and they all want original chicken sandwiches...(they are too good if you ask me). This only adds to the chaos as the man from the counter is continuously shouting what's needed for the front....they were really doing their best, but a cring-worthy performance at best. We all have our days....that being said, still will keep going as I've said at the beginning of this rant, I prefer them to the...
Read moreWe stopped here on Friday right around 5:30pm. This was our first time stopping at this Burger King location, but it will definitely be our last. There was no one ahead of us in line, so we thought it would be a quick stop on our way to Minnesota. Turns out we were wrong. First, the employee who took our order was extremely confused on the menu items. We ordered using the name of menu items, and he seemed to have no idea what we were talking about. Second, our order took extremely long. When he saw us waiting, he said he would call our number when it was ready; however, he had never given us a receipt. After waiting even longer, he then insisted their bun machine was broken and had just been fixed. Third, when we got our order, he didn't make it to-go, and when we reminded him of this he gave us a bag and told us to bag it ourselves. Fourth, he had not even given us the correct menu items, had not given us an item we ordered, and all of our fries were cold. Never once did he, or any of the employees apologize for the wait or the inconvenience. To top it off, the place was very dirty. All of the eat-in tables had not been cleaned off, there weren't any garbage bags in the garbage bins, and a lot of items like lids, ketchup, and soda needed to be refilled or were completely gone. Overall, it was a terrible experience and might even deter us from visiting another Burger...
Read moreAwful experience on 1/31/17 around 2:00PM. There was an employee who took a personal call in the dining area right next to my table and it sounded like he was talking with his girlfriend. He used tons of profane language, raised his voice numerous times, and threatened to beat up his girlfriend and other people. How management not only allowed employees to take personal calls in the dining area while customers are "enjoying" their food baffles me, but to allow that sort of language on behalf of an employee is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I wouldn't eat at this location again if the food was free. Normally I would discuss such issues in private with management, but one of the managers was "goofing off" in the kitchen while I waited for my order to be placed (which took more than 5 minutes even though I was the only customer in line at the time...and nobody was in drive-thru either). The cashier was also loudly humming/singing to the music being played in the dining area. This was an absolute joke of...
