Subway — Restaurant in Town of Rotterdam

Okay, so everyone knows at this point that only fools would pay for a full price Subway sandwich... The meat is cut so thin, it is translucent. However, the price does become acceptable when coupons are applied.

Unfortunately, this location does not even accept coupons! I struggle to understand why a franchise would refuse coupons, as that is part of the "cost" of being associated with Subway. If you don't like being affiliated with Subway, open your own off-brand sandwich shop. Of course, if the location owner actually responds to this review, they will spout some nonsense about being "sorry for the experience" or the easy-out of "supply chain issues" to justify refusing company coupons. How about simply confessing to being a selfish, dishonorable, deceitful pig?

So why 1 star? Because this location posts their refusal to honor company promises inside near the ordering line where you are already committed to making your purchase. Absolutely despicable...

This place is absolutely terrible. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE * it’s bots or family and friends of the owners. This place hand out old and unwashed and soggy vegetables. The tuna is rancid and the bread is as hard as a rock. I have no doubt that they keep food for as long as they can, and simply try to the old taste with dressings and cheese. The customer service is terrible, I spoke to the owner about my issue with my meal and he said there’s nothing I can do for you, refuse to remake it, refuse to give me store credit, refuse to refund me. Basically saying you got ur food and I’m not doing anything despite the fact that subway screwed up. He hung up the phone and told me not to come back , I contacted Subway corporate and all you can do is send them an email to which you won’t get a reply to. Do Yourself a favor and burn your money instead of handing it over to these rude, scamming, noncompliant with health regulations Owners. Subway...

Worst subway ever . The women owner has a bad attitude. One day they take coupons the next time they don’t . Since when don’t they accept coupons? She also makes the subs like she wants not what you asked for and gets mad when you tell her to fix it. If you can’t do your job right don’t own a subway. I managed this particular subway for 8 years I never did not accept a coupon or make the subs the way I wanted I listened to my customers to make them happy .
