I've been coming here frequently to pick up takeout and overall the quality of the food has been great. However, the reason this receives such a low review is due to the takeout service.

Recently, I tried placing an order for delivery from work at an address in Rye Brook. When placing the order, the lady on the phone told me they only did deliveries in Port Chester. Keep in mind that normally I would pick up food myself, however on this occasion I couldn't excuse myself from work.

This address happened to be on the border between Rye Brook and Port Chester and was literally a 2 minute drive (according to Google Maps) from the restaurant. I tried explaining this to the lady and after she acknowledged that the address was nearby, she still refused.

While I would understand not delivering for an address 20+ minutes or several towns away, It was literally a short 2 minute drive because the address was in the border between both towns

Needless to say, I probably won't be...

Haven't been since before the pandemic since this place is by my work. Food is just as good as always. Pictured is a half eaten half order of lomo saltado. So a full order is like three to four times as big. The place is super small and usually not very crowded but apparently going on Sunday for the first time it gets decently crowded. Only weird or awesome thing if you are a germaphobe like me is the bathroom is behind the kitchen so you get to walk through the kitchen like a pretend chef. Sort of reminds me of those old school Italian joints you would see in the Godfather in terms of bathroom placement. But seriously get a lomo saltado here, a Mexican coca cola in the big glass bottles and a big basket of chips. They answer the phone in Spanish which tells you this...

Here's the revised paragraph:

The food at this establishment was absolutely delicious, and the service was truly excellent. The atmosphere of the place was also great, making for a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I had the lomo saltado, which was amazing, paired with a sweet inka kola that was equally delightful. My wife enjoyed the Chaufa de pollo, which was good, but the real standout was the pollo Ala brasa my son had, featuring papitas fritas and ají - it was really good. As for my brother , he ordered the meat , which was churrasco ala pobre incredibly tender and flavorful. The waitresses were top-notch, always attentive and ensuring our needs were met...

The food is definitely delicious, the place is very small…maybe 5/6 tables but the service is great. The only bad thing that I actually found weird is that you have to go thru the kitchen to get to the restroom, but other then that everything is great. Be careful with the green sauce is super spicy lol 🥵 I had to order take out since I happen to be in Port Chester for El Señor de los Milagros and the reviews are right. I’m 40 minutes away and the food was still warm and the ceviche which is what I was worried about was holding on, very fresh and also spicy. Now I know to order low in spicy from now on. This is a Mexican/Peruvian restaurant and it does not disappoint, I’ll have to try the Mexican dishes next time!

We learned about IncAztetca from a Westchester Magazine post, checked out the menu online, googled some of the menu items, and went to check it out tonight. What is Huancaina? (pepper-cheese sauce) Lomo Saltado? (stir-fry fajitas) Jalea? (fried seafood) Parihuela (seafoood soup)? I went for the Parihuela, my wife for Sustancia de Pollo (chicken-noodle soup) and our son, the (everything) Nachos from the Mexican side of the menu. We started with “Yuka con Hauncaina.” We’ll be back to eat our way through the menu! It’s great. Everything was great - and the staff is attentive, friendly and kind. The bill for everything (with 20% tip) was around $50.
