Marini's Delicatessen — Restaurant in Town of Rye

Staff are very friendly but everything i come here i order the same thing. A simple. For those who are not familiar, its fries and chicken. Seems like sometimes the cooks seem to be so lazy, that they just refry old fries. This is what you guys have people paying for? This literally happens to me everytime, i get OLD DRY, HARD fries!!! I have an appitite problem, you dont know how many peoples stomachs are setup, its people that will eat this because they are still hungry, and its others that wouldnt even be able to force themselves to. Every time I’ve been to this deli, I’ve felt uncomfortable especially as a woman. The entire staff gives off an unwelcoming and inappropriate vibe. There’s no professionalism, no basic customer service, and absolutely no respect. It honestly feels like the employees don’t even want to be there. This place seriously needs a refresh, maybe hire a newer generation that actually wants to work and knows how to treat people with respect. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes this...

Ok. This is one, and only perhaps one of the last, best authentic deli's tucked away in the 'ol neighborhood. You cannot walk out without saying where have I been lately? Go for it, do it.....and you can sit down also while forking up a scrumptious dish or noshing on whatever to feed your senses and stomach. Great crew running...
